This item is not worth buying if it arrives in this condition.
Shopping was a breeze and I haven't had to use their customer service yet so I'm not sure on that.
I ordered a stabilizer for my cherokee on 6/23/22, which they listed as in stock, and charged me for on the 24th. A few days later they emailed me to say it was coming from a 3rd party. I sent a return email to customer service questioning this. I finally got a response, one week later, that they would look into it. On 7/7 got an email saying I would be refunded in 3 business days. Today is the 13th, and still have not received my stolen funds. Tried calling and was on hold for 20 minutes, when I decided I would just initiate legal proceedings against these scammers. Be very leery of this company.
