Items appear to be in stock when orders are placed, 24-48 hours later emails arrive stating items are back ordered. Customer service is lacking - be prepared to wait well over an hour to talk with representatives.
Prices are OK, you can find the same items from other retailers who answer the phone and have inventory linked to their online store. I placed my order June 7th, finally spoke with an agent June 28th who stated item would be changed to direct ship from manufacture who had the item in stock, as of July 19th nothing has been shipped. I have spent a combined total of 6 hours on hold, sent emails that have not been answered, and on 3 occasions asked to speak with a manger to be told 2 times I would receive a call (3rd time the agent was honest and told me they probably would not call me back because they are busy - not a surprise based on the lack of customer service).
The order came quickly although the headlights and taillights were sent via different shipping carriers.
