Quick sipping which is huge on my end which I need

My shopping experience is great. Mostly I'm able to find the parts and accessories that I need. Sometimes the parts that I need are not available for a period of time. However, I like the way quadratec allows you to see what's in stock through their filter menu

Everything was great, however a couple of the items need to be returned because they are no longer needed. I am awaiting instructions to return.

So for its good no issues my first time ordering from here.

The order and delivery process went good. The directions that come with the hoist are not very helpful so use their You Tube video, that is a great help. Don't bother using the crank, use your drill to raise and lower your top. Will definitely recommend and buy this product again.

Online shopping was very easy. Once you've set your settings on your vehicle, it tells you if the part fits your vehicle's make/model. I will definitely buy more parts from Quadratec!

Easy ordering. Shocks where not of the greatest paint quality. Quite a bit of bare metal spots on them.

Box wasn't damaged, but parts inside were crushed. I had to spend an extra 2 hours just straightening them out. They were supposed to slip together with ease, not so much.

Part came quickly and worked just the way I expected it to.

Good. I wish that the instructions for the side steps were a little better. The first one took a while but then the second one was easier.

Related to a separate order. I had ordered rock sliders and your site said they would ship from Rock Hard 4x4 in 10-14 days. I have received no update from you. When I called Rock Hard they said their lead time is 6-8 weeks. Your website should reflect more updated ship times.

Ordering is relatively easy once I knew the part I needed, although finding that info was a bit difficult. Overall it's a great site for ordering.

Ordering was easy, shipping was efficient. I have not got to use what I ordered yet.
