Not Quadratecs fault. I failed to read the description well enough to know I needed an additional item for the original order to work right.

Overall I was very pleased with the product. The install caused me some grief because of two things, the product was damaged upon receipt. I'm sure was caused by FedEx. I had to straighten out one of the front brackets because it was folded in half when I took it out of the bag. The second issue was the factory shorted me two of the black M6 hex head screws. I had to use a couple phillips head screws I had in my collection... but because you are supposed to leave the screws loose during installation of the rails, I didn't realize right away that I could not get a screw driver on the screw head to tighten later, so I had to remove the rails, tighten the screws, hope I had it in the right place and then re-install the rails... my bad for not running to the hardware store to get the proper screws.
