Ordering experience was good, although a piece or 2 of Jeep hats and shirts that I wanted were out of stock. Ordered a Jeep hat that said it was gray, but the front was tan and the back was camp gray. Don't like the looks of the hat at all, which was a $29 hat, but keeping it because of cost to return it. Might want to update that Richardson hat description. Also, didn't realize that hat style was a tall cap. It is not a good look.
