Orderd A part from this site because it said fast shipping and needed it fast to get my vehicle ready for a vacation 4x4 trip. Sent messages by text but no response back. After about two hours total on hold and 12 days later still no part and it shows it never even left town. I was offered a refund because they are out of my parts. Unfortunately I can't get my money back until they do a tracer. Now I'm out $259.00 and have one day to find my parts and get my vehicle fixed before my vacation 4x4 trip. Found my parts at another site but won't get to me for three days. I now after a planned year vacation can't make it in time.
