Quadratec is a very good and reliable online company, which offers excellent Jeep parts.

Purchase was easy. Delivery was quick and the installation was straightforward

I ordered a set of Mopar performance rock rails that showed in inventory on the website. After four months, I canceled my order as the parts were never available. My credit card was charged immediately. Every time I contacted them, they would make up another excuse and tell me a new date. This never happened. I also noticed every weekend the parts would show available on the website, but they were never available. I would use extreme caution when ordering from them as they will say they have them when actually they don't. The last time I contacted them, they told me the parts were not available due to the strike. Which is 100% incorrect. I have family in Ohio that works for the automotive industry. The parts are manufactured from outside of the US and shipped in. The strike had no effect on those parts being manufactured and received on the West Coast and distributed out of their distribution center in Sparks Nevada. I used to like dealing with quadratec, but I don't trust them anymore. They did refund my money in full. I just went four months without the parts and I paid over $1000 for nothing

Pretty straight forward. Only wish it was Amazon so I would have free shipment.

I ordered the center cap and it arrived very quickly

If you have any concerns just call the service department/ all will be resolved

I have always been pleased with Quadratec. The staff are always polite and knowledgeable. I give the staff 5 stars.
I product I purchased was over priced but this was the same at all sites I visited.
