Paid for a year but can not reset my password because they do not reply your request.

They make it really easy to sign up, and make it seem like the trial period is only for advanced metrics, they don't warn you that your QR codes will stop working after the trial period is done. Then they won't sell you just one month of service either, they try to gauge you for a full year. Their user experience is designed for the maximum user pain. SUPER LAME. Free to make, but then the QR code WILL be disabled like three weeks later if you do not sign up for at least the basic plan, which costs 60 Euros per year!

They dangle a Free Plan in front of you and then trick you into a 14-Day Free Trial so your code becomes worthless after you have printed a thousand business cards. I will reprint my business cards instead of paying a red cent to these garbage human beings. I can't wait until karma catches up with the people that run this scam. Why not try to use your technology for good rather than evil?

If you think you will use this web, i recommend you to find another website.

1. I subscribe first July 10,2020 in stater pack (60 euro)
2. When my starter pack finish, i pay in Ags 28,2021 (I pay 98 Euro because i have a disc to upgrade from 150 Euro)
3. When i realize in Nov 16,2021 why is my package is still starter, i try to email customer service in email
4. She Said (Marta) that i need to pay again 60 Euro because the price is 150 Euro
5. I insist said that i have a disc from 150 Euro and become 98 Euro ( I Have the invoice)
6. They still said i must paid the 60 Euro (?)
7. I give them solution, just give the advance package or i just continue my starter pack with refund
8. BANG! They disabled my account with email that i must pay 60 euro more

This company is a SCAM! They already told you you have a disc from 150 to 98. Of course i cant input my own payment (this is their system). If i should pay 150 why there is a bill for 98 Euro?

And what is their right to disable my account like i never pay?

They communicate that you can create a qr code free. BUT: After two weeks the qr code expires and they force you into a subscription to keep the qr code active. Don't ever use their service. There are a ton of really free tools out there without expiration. Do yourself a favor and use them instead.

We have the same experience as most of the other users. The image generated under what we understood to be a free plan stopped working after two weeks, but giving enough confidence to include it on business cards and and other marketing material. Does not matter whether the company gives the same reply to everyone, if everyone has the same experience of deception then surely there must be value in it. We were fortunate the we came across this page because of their poor accessability to support before committing to anything. Will be researching further. Thanks for the reviews.

I wanted to make a simple QR code that directs to a website. I didn't think this was a 'dynamic' QR code, as they have a great depth of services they offer. I signed up for the 2-week trial, printed the QR code on 500 business cards, and now have 490 useless, unprofessional business cards. Thanks for the waste of paper and money!

It isn't clear that a dynamic QR code costs $55 a year minimum to upkeep, whereas thr static QR code is entirely free. So they funnel you into wasting your time to incentive you to buy into their useless product.

Surprise fees come into play after generating my QR code, sent to print, then this site disabled the code and charged a ransom to reactivate. NO mention of any fees when creating the code.

The website creates QR codes that expire without notice, requiring you to pay a "Ransome" or subscription in order to keep the codes working. The website does not disclose that the "Free" codes expire, leading many users to bring their codes to print, only to find out a few weeks later they will have to pay a substantial amount in order to keep them operational. This website should be investigated.

Seriously do yourself and your customers a favour and use ANY other generator. Google makes a free one.

I had 500 business cards printed with a QR code created using this "service". The codes are useless now. They intentionally mislead you into believing you've made a useable code, and then 2 weeks later tell your "oh that was a free trial version. Give us an unethical amount of money to reactivate it". There was no indication of any subscription or trial version when I created the code, and the so called "free" codes are hidden away in a different part of the site. This is a company that seeks to intentionally mislead people for the sake of hoping they can hold you hostage the way they're holding me hostage.

So now I have to go have 500 stickers made to cover up this completely wasted endeavour. I'm going to send this to my legal team and see about suing them into oblivion over this.

MAKE SURE THAT WHEN YOU MAKE A CODE HERE, THAT IT IS NOT DIRECTED TO THEIR SITE AND THEN REDIRECTED TO YOURS. After the 14 day trial, they control the link and if you ever decide to quit their service, the codes will cease to work.

Dishonest, Wrong, Deceitful, and bad business practice. We're reprinting our stickers that is going to cost us a good amount because of these mark shkreli thinking evil jerks. Sending negative and bad vibes being directed towards all the employees of this EvilCorp. They're part of what is wrong with the world.

MAKE SURE TO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY AND FIND A QR CODE GENERATOR THAT DOESN'T CREATE LINKS TO THEMSELVES AND THEN REDIRECT TO YOU. THIS PRACTICE CAN HOLD YOU HOSTAGE UNLESS YOU PAY THE MONTHLY RANSOM FEE.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They sent me emails to upgrade saying my code would be inactive after trial, I upgraded at a cost of almost $200 and then my code vanished! I requested a refund that same day I paid and then requested refund in their 14 day period and an additional 4 separate times via email and they never refunded. Filed claim with my credit card company and qr then claimed to my credit card company I never requested cancellation?! This company in unethical and shady, buyer beware! QR code company also emailed me saying since I filed a claim with my credit card company that they would only refund my money if I removed the claim with my credit card company otherwise they would have their "finance team" pursue all efforts of getting their money... which was done by lying to my credit card company and saying I never requested cancellation. I have sent screenshots of all the emails in which I requested cancellation and am getting my money back! This company is a scam! I wish I would have read all the negative reviews here prior to purchasing.

I have paid for a subscription, but the one trial QR code that i had canot be activated, furthermore i can't create any new QR codes.
I paid for my subscription but it still says that my 14 day trail is over and i have to upgrade, although i have already done that.
They don't reply to any of the e-mails i sent.
They just took the money and left me on a free trial account type i. E din't provide any sevice!

ONLY USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE READY TO PAY $130 PLUS FOR A QR CODE!

Here's the scam
1) They offer a "Free" QR code generator that you can continue using after your trial
2) They show a monthly plan cost that doesn't look crazy (~15 dollars a month) BUT they will only let you pay yearly. THERE IS NO WAY TO PAY MONTHLY FOR THE SERVICE.
2) You sign up and create your QR code not realizing the QR code you made can only be used with their pay plans
3) You print out the QR Code onto your marketing material and now you're locked into using them because it would cost more to reprint your material than it would to sign up for their plan.
4) Now you have to sign up to for one of their monthly plans that deceivingly show the price per month

On top of this, you can forget about getting answers to any of your problems from customer service.

6 years ago I used this service, it did not work so well and I no longer had a need, I cancelled. They still send me advertising to this day to my email and they have no take me off your list button or anything else like that I have wasted so much time looking for such a thing. Obviously they are making it hard. Sure I can delete the email, then they will keep sending me more till the end of time. They don't seem to have any customer service, or any means to get a hold of a real person to ask them how to do this. Todays AI sucks in the hands of people and co. Like this.
There are now tons of this type of business, I'm sure some are better.

I emailed 2 days ago about purchasing an upgrade and it being allocated to the wrong account (even though everything on the receipt showed the right information for the right account, and the receipt itself was sent to the email address associated with the correct account). Because I didn't receive a response but my company needs the QR codes to be activated I paid again yesterday in hopes that we could get the codes working again and we could address the allocation issue when I received a response from this company later however I have now purchased 2 packages and although I have receipts for both, and one of them even show up on the right account but neither of them have allowed me to reactivate my codes. I can see them under billing. The payments have been processed. My money is gone but no service has been provided and no responses have been sent. I have emailed every day for the past three days and reached out via Facebook messenger. I have received 6 automated emails from the company suggesting I upgrade my account so I know I'm getting their emails, the issue is that I already have and the company hasn't provided the service promised. I've attached both confirmation emails that show the attached receipt for each purchase. I've also attached both receipts (but I've removed the name & address of my company for security purposes).
