My Q link phone has been nothing short of perfect for me being able to keep in touch with my family and friends at the same time it has also been extremely good for my important business for medical and etc...

I have a sim kit q-link sent me, but I don't have a phone to use for the kit, I need a free government phone

Simply put, my service with Q-Link is no different than if I were using T-Mobile or AT&T etc. In fact, I like it much better because I don't have to walk into a retail store and get attacked by sales reps who are pushed to lie to customers by attaching insurance on to their plans (T-Mobile...this is exactly what all your reps do now since you gotta pay for buying Sprint! I don't like that terrible culture!). Q-Link leaves me alone and gives great service

I've been using q Link on my Samsung g21 and it's been fine so I figured I would get there free phone and tablet since it was free and now it's trash they sent me an HP Serrano phone that is completely worthless it's trash I can't get anything done with it they stick it to the poor people poor people get screwed in America that's just how it is. All they are doing is data mining they're taking data from the poor people and selling it and then they collect their check from the government to it's called double dipping and telecommunication companies are dirtbags.

Well first off trying to get a hold of anybody that's not an automated line is absolutely just a headache cuz you literally have to go through every last one of the automated button options whatever you want to call it to find it can't get a hold of them online but if you need a PUK good luck because that's almost impossible I was on hold for what was supposed to be 35 minutes but every time it told me my estimated time it was another 5 minutes if not it go down 2 minutes back up to 35 minutes down to 28 minutes back up to 36 minutes and I was on hold for over an hour and a half so I just hung up because I got $#*! to do I don't have time to wait for their slow selfs! Seriously absolutely not worth it whatsoever and if you want an English speaking person good luck with that too.

Calling customer service was a disappointment. I called because the phonè/tablet package i purchased hasn't arrived although tracking says it was delivered. It was confirmed by Q link that the package was delivered to the billing address i provided as required when paying with credit/debit card. I created a profile which included my shipping address which is different from my billing address. What's interesting is they sent the new sim card to the rite address.
So i was told by customer service since i did not change the address and since the package was delivered it was up to me to contact the post office.
First of all they are certainly confused over there at Q link. Shipping my package to a billing address than blaming me for something that does not make sense than to top it off they want me to track down a package that they delivered to the wrong address. Yeah but No.
I asked for my money back but was told no.
This is wrong entirely on Q link.

This has been a lifesaver for me. Thank you all so much. Forever grateful for this program. I will let everyone know about this.

I am Greatful for this service, because it allows me to be able to connect with other numbers that's not in my area coad. I can call in to prayer every morning at 5:45 and get spiritual help.

This company helped me out and has excellent services. If you have an iPhone 14, they don't have eSIM, but everything now is perfect text messages, Calls, and data are promising. You can either pay for the service, or if you have help from the state like Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, or welfare, they help you out very much

I would love to share other about this program and what I have learned from them and it provides good support for the services

I have never had a problem with my service at all. Very reliable and stable. It's been a true Godsend!
