I received my phone yesterday but did NOT get a SIM card so it's useless. Not to mention I was charged $70 for this "free phone" which is made out of the thinnest plastic ever. I've been trying to set up the basics on the phone so far, but its so slow and keeps freezing, this is ridiculous. I received the tablet today, haven't opened it yet but I'm not expecting much.

Ad said free phone. Got a tablet for $10.10 but didn't want it so returned it, but never received my money back. Dropped phone calls on their 'T-Mobile' network. Customer service agents were unhelpfull and even indifferent to my complaints. Have gone to tracfone and the Verizon network. Much better.

They give you a hard time about simple things. I would not recommend them to anyone safelink is a better phone service!

Takes forever to get something downloaded and just slow page to page always tells me TAKING TO LONG...

Awful awful awful phone service, cellular service, and even worse customer service. Please trust me when I say, this company is awful in every way! EVERY WAY!

I love this service. The coverage is great. I've had one issue and when I spoke w customer service they were all over it and had the issue fixed in no time. I'd recommend this to anyone. Thanks

Hurray for the service, but the devices could work easier and faster. Other than that its a blessing in disguise seeing how my relative can call me if need.

It's would be perfect if QLinkwireless has the International calls...please note...some person needs to go foreign country...

No complaints at all just wish the reach of cell crevice was a bit stronger. And I never received my tablet.

I live in wildwood down by the beach and one day two of my buddies and I decided to go out fishing and we get out to the 2 mile bouy and one friend asks what is the weather supposed to be like in an hr i said Check your phone he said he did no service and he's with AT&T my other Friend says I don't have service ether he has sprint so I check mine and I had 4 bars an everything was working fine I always have service never any problems i called to ask for help to switch a phone over and there customer service is amazing too hands down great all around company and I'm beyond satisfied with their services

I've been trying to get a new phone,mine won't hold a charge,the numbers,aaand. Letters stick,Qlink only sent me a sim card.please

I found Qlink wireless to be a good way for me and everyone else that is eligible the service to be a good chance of being able to have a phone and number to get tfree service and not have to wait until you run out of time or anything else like that to be great for anyone who is able to get it done

I ordered a tablet, didn't want a phone or my number ported. Agent said that was fine. Gung up with th and my phone, with Boost which I've never had a single issue with, wax off! No service! Qlink ported my number anyway. Had to wait with no service for 5 days to receive the qlink phone. It doesn't receive incoming calls or text. The internet is slower then dial up and with all of the pop-up ads it's almost impossible to get a call out. So I call and they say yes I can send you a different phone for $129! If I had $129 I wouldn't need their service. I asked for them to cancel my service and they said they did but did not. I had to complain to the national verifier to have them cancelled.The whole mess took 3 days. Stay away from Qlink!

I bought a phone and tablet for $29.95, I received my SIMS Card but no phone or tablet. I called twice and got two different answers, they said the phone was ordered on the 28th and canceled on the 27th, how could this possibly happen, I did not cancel this order but they took $29.95 out of my account said they would refund me, has not happened yet, I have called 3 times. Do no use this company, the phones are not free and the customer service is no good, they can't speak english. See below shipment details that were never received and funds taken out.
