Spent 3 weeks trying to switch over with my same number. Sente 3 Sims cards after the first 2 didn't work after they told me to cancel my other service I did then they told me it had to be active to switch. Then said I would have to contact the previous carrier to unlock the phone, so I can't use my old number now that I've had for years. So I said I would take a new number had a brand new phone in a box never opened and the person told me I had to cancel my service with that phone, how it was never used before. Not very helpful at all made me loose my phone number and the technician did not even listen or make any logical sense to the situation so now I have 2 phones and no number

I never have a problem with my service. I love the Qlink service I am getting. This is a great phone service and I hope to keep it for a very long time.

I have a free phone service,I bought a phone and tablet for 29.99...unlimitted wow Thank you.this is a wonderful program for all of us who struggle allittle.The hot pepper phone is nice

You do not know the difference between this service or any big name carrier, you can buy an unlocked phone of your choice and just use Q links sim card. Very easy! Or you can get a whole new device from them but if you want a a good phone I would suggest you get your own.

Sometimes does not receive in some areas. Goes offline at times in some areas. Receive messages promptly.

I feel very blessed to have this qlink service provided for me at no cost. Although my phone doesn't run as quickly as it used to I still appreciate the fact that as a houseless 57yr old woman it's one less Bill I have to stress over.!

The service is always really good and I'm very thankful for this program, my only complaint is,, THE Phones that come with the service are complete TRASH,JUNK,CRAPY, USELESS, burdens that work about 4 days improve the quality of them terrible phones,, thank you

They lie about the warranty on the products. One year on the phone and 14 days on tablet. Bunch of liers. Tablet came messed up and they said they couldn't replace. Called numerous times and spoke to supervisor. A week after the warranty expired they call back saying there was a warranty on it. Liers

All their advertising states free unlimited data. That's simply NOT true!

In my dashboard it says I have 4.5 gigs of data. I I'm home 98% of the time and yet my data is still inching up for some reason. It says I've used zero texts so maybe that's where my data is going even though I have been texting a lot. To top up your data is pretty expensive compared to other companies, so I imagine that's where they're making their money.
I have yet to give support a call and if they don't fix it I'm switching over to maybe Visible wireless which for the first year is only $15 a month with unlimited talk text data and hotspot.

My other complaint is in order to get the free phone you have to transfer your number well if you don't have another device before you get your free phone what are you supposed to do? Are we supposed to go without a phone for several days or however long it takes? They couldn't give me an answer for that. They just kept repeating that I'll get my free phone after I transfer my number but could not tell me what to do between transferring my number and getting a new phone. That problem really needs to be fixed. And if I have a device that I can use why do I need the free phone? The free phones are older models very little space very little memory very poor camera quality.

Q Link wireless is okay if you really can't afford to pay anything for cellular but just be aware of the downsides.

I had received in the mail a SIM card from this company. On the ledger it is connected to there is a promotion stating that if you transfer your current number to qlink that you will receive a $25 Amazon gift card. So I transferred my number to qlink with the desire to obtain said gift card and after 2 weeks of excuses and mixed answers from various support representatives and supervisors I decided that it was the prototypical used car salesmen pitch to just get you in the door. At first their staff said once my number is recognized by the system, then it was a couple of days Im approved and in the queue, then it was 72 business hours, then it was fill out online forms, then it was 30 days. They are hoping you give up they have no intention on being true to their promises. If that was a lie than what else is? Switch your provider there are plenty other trust worthy companies that work through the ACP to get your phone and service for free without having to lie to get you through the door.

I used to be a member of QLINK, because QLINK has no hotspots, I switched to a new provider in December 2022, and asked to keep my QLINK phone number, my new provider handled the phone number transfer for me in December 2022, it was during My QLINK phone number active the period, but QLINK refused to transfer my number and canceled my account. As a result, I lost my original number and interrupted all my contacts. Since I applied for QLINK, it was very unpleasant. The new mobile phone I bought from QLINK could not accept the network at my area, and could only make calls. I connected QLINK customer service center, they always did not solve the problem, leave with excuses, made that I waiting online for 6-7 hours, I asked to return the mobile phone, the Qlink staff evades and did not answer, made me waiting for a long time online again, or the Qlink staff asked me to buy a expensive mobile phone from QLINK. I have no choice but to throw away the new mobile phone I bought from QLINK. I was not satisfied with the customer service of QLINK.

Q link is running a scam with poor quality products. I ordered a phone and tablet from them, which were delivered on December 22nd 2022. By January 4 2023 the phone no longer worked. By January 6th the tablet no longer worked. Both were in perfect condition, but just wouldn't charge anymore. I emailed Qlink on the 5th of January. They did not respond til the 10th of January, and then told me the 14 days for returns had passed. Well not $#*!, since you waited almost a week to respond to me. They are running a literal SCAM. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Do not buy products from this company! We wasted 60 dollars on a phone and tablet that BOTH worked less than 2 weeks and there is absolutely nothing we can do about it.

Qlink did a great job porting my number and quick delivery of sim card. The service however, frequently drops for longer than an hour. Also thought I was getting a tablet but I didn't.

It's good to stay connected to my love ones without the hassle of a phone company. I can use it in my watch as for convenience do to place I can't pull out my phone.

I've had this program for about three years now and haven't had one issue! The service is reliable and customer service is great.
