I use q link because I stopped paying a lot of money for Verizion. I still have a high end phone, I just get FREE service every month, instead of paying over $100.00. I havent had any issues EXCEPT a few times my GPS service stopped in CT.
My down load speeds are good, my call quality is good. Overall happy with service.

Terrible company

I have been dealing with qlink for months now. Recently they decided to send my number to straight talk without my permission. After 2 weeks of dealing with that I finally get the phone switched back to qlink. Have the ability to make calls and texts but cant use my data. Their call center is based outside the us and the employees I have talked to either cant understand what I'm saying or they are just straight up rude and uneducated in their program and make it extremely clear. Made me pay $35 to get it activated and it still wont work.

Terrible Service!

We got one of the services and bought the $10 tablet for our daughter's upcoming birthday. This will be her first birthday since leaving an abusive situation, so we wanted to give her something nice on a budget, hence the tablet. Ive heard of people getting LIGHTLY crumpled packaging, but this was $#*!ing insane. It came in a box that looked like mini Doritos should've been inside of it, it looked like they threw it as hard as they could on the floor multiple times, and when i plugged in the tablet, THE SCREEN WAS SHATTERED. So don't buy the tablet from them. Its a $#*!ing rip off and a scam. After telling them about this through the customer service line, they gave me a number to the warranty hotline and I had been on hold for an hour and it made me leave a voicemail. Then 5 seconds into the voicemail, it hung up on me. Qlink doesnt want to take responsibility for what happened to the package in THEIR care. $#*! Qlink!

Those scammers we all hate getting calls from all the time, this company is that group. None of them know what they are doing or how to assist you. Calls don't go out most of the time data is capped but now they make it look like you still have data because they advertise it, however you cannot do anything, no matter how many times you do what they tell you when you call them. Don't fall for it. The positive reviews clearly are them creating fake accounts to boost their reviews. Its trash and they are only stealing government funds and collecting your info.

Ugh. Awful customer service. I get 2 emails for every notice 20+ in 6 days. Tracking#'s can't be traced. Incorrect product order was supposed to be corrected. No correction. Website help requests get a "Sorry page not found" error every time." Hold time message went from 13, to16, to 26 mins. I waited 60 minutes. Will update this review reflecting changes or resolution. Supervisor was very nice. If you want a bundle, get it. After the initial offer, it's GONE forever. A one time offer. Later the prices much higher or the items aren't available. I originally had my lifeline service through assurancewireless and in just 6months I was already on my 2nd free generic "no name" Chinese smartphone that they provide upon account creation. When my replacement phone became unresponsive after a month I learned I would have to pay for another generic piece of junk replacement.

At this point I bought myself an unlocked Samsung Note 10 so I would have a nicely made name brand phone to enjoy for years to come. Only to be told I couldn't use it with my assurancewireless account.

At this point I found Qlink and signed up for the "byop" bring your own phone plan where they just send you a SIM card.

The sign up couldn't have been any easier and in 7 days I had my sim card in the mail and at that point I activated it and even ported in my current cell phone number with hardly any effort.

So far I've been enjoying my new phone with my new qlink unlimited everything plan for several months now and haven't had a single complaint or problem. I should've been with qlink from the start and I recommend qlink to anybody that'll listen now.

I had QLink one week. I tried to call out and it wouldn't go thru. Same for receiving calls, goes straight to voice mail. Tech support told me they have many customers with same issue and that I can wait til next month to try to do a system update or buy a phone from them and they'll activate it now for service. WHAT? I'm caught between a rock and a hard place cause I'm broke!

Qlink Fraud

Q link has left me without my phone number that I have had for over twenty years. I wanted to transfer to Straighttalk and they said they could not give Straighttalk my number, because Qlink shut my service off, therefore I lost my number. This is nothing but fraud! I have no proof of purchase, because I was on ACP Cell Phone Program.

Crappiest service I have ever had. If you want a phone that you can't use go with qlink. Proof is in sending this on a assurance phone because the qlink will not send.
