Customer service/call center located in India is shocking for American standards. People answering the phone read from a script and can only assist you with basic things. It took four calls to change an address! Purchased a new phone from them and they said it was delivered, however, I did not get the phone. Was told that I would have to buy another phone! This company is a scam.

I opened a new account for my mother in June.

She Rarely uses it because she is over 90.

When I went to her account, I noticed she had used all of her data.

So I ordered a new SIM card.

In July, it still had not arrived so I asked them why?

They told me there was no record of my order so I re-ordered it.

Still yet her phone is using data … 3 gigs … but no one is using it. Hmmmmmm?

So I asked again for a new one and they told me that they have no chips.

No chips, no service.
Who is using all of her data, I asked.

Your chip is in the mail.

So I told them, just forget about it, ok?

At the end of the day…
There is no such thing as a free cow chip.

I paid for a phone called gave them my new address they sent to old address they willnt refund or replace phone so they scammed me any legitimate company would take care of they customers after they made a mistake I just read they got raided last year for money laundering they still are what if I would bought one of the iPhones I would been out bunch money I wouldn't give them a cent a company who rips customers off take your phones and free tablet and shove it

Qlink sucks

I ordered from qlink because it was free. Now I know why. They sent me sim cards for my phone. None of them fit. I even tried to cut one down
No luck
I tried to call them busier automated system would not let me speak to a live person
I found another number on the internet
After putting false statements in I finally did get a live person that could barely speak English and she could not understand what I was telling her. I finally gave up. So unless you are fluent in foreign languages steer clear of qlink!

You get nothing... that is what you get. I am trying to set this up for my aunt in a nursing home and they make it incredibly hard. Their customer support stinks, their website stinks. They do respond quickly on Facebook if you out them for being awful. =)

Purchased a phone online which stated that the online price was $19.95. When I submitted my credit card info. It showed my card was getting charged $19.95. However they charged my card $69.95. When talking to customer service 3 times, each time I was told to give it 7-10 days for the refund. 2 months later still no refund. Called customer service again & now told that I will not get a refund because they are sending me a "free" phone. This "free" phone is supposed to arrive within the next year. Are you serious!? I never asked for a "free" phone & how is that free if you are keeping my money. I just want my money back that they did not have permission taking. I emailed numerous times & receive an email saying they will get back to me in 24-48 hrs. 2 months later & not even a reply to my email. I wonder how many people they do this to & how many people didn't notice they charged their card a different amount. Worst than that is that the phone works like garbage

Claim to fame of unlimited data just To mislead but what is it good for if the network of Qlink is worse that that of a third world country. My 4G hops to E and no page load, constant disconnects, not trust worthy to do any sort of work (bank, official forms, applications,...) with it as it may quit at any second, I hear the company has been under investigation several times and the government insists on using the entity and fills their pocket to get bottom of the barrel unreliable service. Tech support is a total joke and a waste of time. Run and find another provider.

Services is extremely slow request a replacement of phone later part of May it is now July 29 still no phone Everytime I call being told a label have been printed and I will get it within that month I wouldn't refer them at all

Don't go with Qlink. Nothing but problems. Can't understand customer service because they're all foreigners who can barely speak English. (That is, if you can navigate your way through the automated system to get to a real person). They claim they give high speed internet but that's a lie. I use the speed checker app called Meteor and most times I'm getting less than 2 mps download. Qlink gets millions of dollars from the federal government for the lifeline program and they don't deliver. Makes me wonder how much kickback someone at the FCC is getting. Qlink sucks.

Please if you been affected by the w link scam please contact the FCC and SEC and the US Dept. of Inspector General. These Guys are the same as TracFone. Qlink = scam

LAWSUIT IS COMING!

I looked at website & saw that it allowed you to use your own phone. I needed time to check into this so I did NOT finish my application! Meanwhile, SOMEONE DID FINISH the application- hackers! And when I received a message saying service on the way, I called to inquire. They refused to discuss the account with me & was VERY RUDE & said I WAS WRONG - that I gave them the wrong address & wrong date of birth! Therefore, they would not discuss & they hung up on me eventually because Inwas requesting to speak to a SUPERVISOR! He said that was impossible & told me NO. He was obviously from INDIA or Pakistan or some place. This angers me for several reasons. They CLAIM THIS IS OUR GOVERNMENT FREE CELL SERVICE. Also, I had copied my SOCIAL SECURITY DECLARATION LETTER with private info & sent it to them and my drivers license! I believe this MAY EVEN BE A SCAM to get our personal information! Don't ever fall for it!

This company is by far the worst. I'm still trying to get a phone. They stole my # over a month ago without my permission and refuse to give it back. Over 100.00 in so far on a free lifeline service. Don't do it! No one will help you!

I tried getting service thru qlink wireless and its been almost a month and still no SIM card. Have called 3x and they say the same thing which is my order is processing. Can't get no where with them and this is trying to get service thru them so imagine if I had a real problem with my phone how hard it would be to get them to respond! They suck and I have decided not to switch to them anymore!

Lost my phone. Bought a new one. I've been waiting 7 weeks for a new sim card. Qlink has left me without my phone number of 20 years all this time. Don't waste your time contacting them. Customer service will only tell you what's on your web account which you most likely already know.

Quick to approve you for new lifeline service. What they won't tell you is if this phone is your main line is phone could ship anytime just wait for email, I was approved June 8 it is now now July 18. Customer service is a joke, asked if there is any info on status was told that "God only knows to keep it real and can't help me with the things we don't know. Thanks Qlink for the heads up

*******465 it's amazing how far these foreigners will go to cover up the truth with their own lies then they get an attitude and keep transferring your call when you catch them being deceiving all they had to do is replace a phone I paid for and never received, keep the $20 I'm going to tell everyone I know how you kept this elderly man on the phone well over three and a half-hours

I dropped QLink because they failed to activate a phone I had. They are a subsidized company getting money from the federal government. This went on for over a month and they were still getting money on my account with in inactive phone. I switched to another carrier and I haven't had any problems yet. I hope QLink Wireless gets shut down forever.

I recently got a new job and needed a higher quality phone for the job. I ordered a new Nokia 5.4 10 days ago and cannot get ANY answers as to WHEN the order will even be processed let alone shipped! There's nothing left for me to do besides CANCEL THE ORDER AND CHANGE PROVIDERS! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I'm not sure why I'm seeing so many negative reviews I have had Qlink for a few years with no issues. They run on T-Mobile so it's the same service you would have with the big brands only it's free. Would recommend to family and friends.
