QLinkWireless offers a great program to those in need. Receiving new service was simple and quick. The switch between providers was hassle free. They provided easy to follow instructions with videos for those who need it. They allows you to bring your own phone and number if you chose too. Recieved the new Sim card quicker then they had said 3 days later instead of 7. Activation was just as easy as the rest. Service has been good no dropped calls no lost signal and not the typical quality you would expect from previous experiences. Very pleased

I've been with QLINK and I must say I am thrilled with the service I am getting, no buffering, no dropped calls. I love the service so much I have I have gotten my family members on bored with me his wireless program and I would recommend this wireless program to anybody, I love it.

I started using QLink for the unlimited data, calls, and texts. I still had reservations about the unlimited service. Well it's true. Unlimited in every way.

Easy to set up and go! I even transferred to another phone after I dropped and cracked mine with no assistance!

It doesn't matter what or when but there are way too many freezes on my Q link...I never had that many freezes on other phones or other company's! Its not the phone...but I can tolerate it and that's my Only issue!

I love the service and I get good coverage. I did have to change my phone number but it was very simple process... I loved it!

Without them I wouldn't have the opportunity for any communication service or life saving services in the palm of my hand their great!

Qlink is one of the best government phone programs. I've had my service with qlink for 5 years and it's been the best ever.

Excellency for when you are in need of a phone when there's a emergency. The free part helps and to be able to use the flash light to save on my energy bill.

This has got to be by far the absolute best cell service and choice in phones for me when I needed it most and I couldnt have made a better choice...

This is a wonderful way to get cell phone service when you can't afford the big name service carriers. Or if you're on a fixed income this is a great way to have a cellphone and stay connected with your friends and family, or god fore-bid you have an emergency!

Nice free service that you can get on your phone through the government and I have no problems with it so far except for the phone I bought I need to get a bigger phone

It's a great service for it being a free government phone and having free service, you get what you pay for. It's not top line quality, there was probably a couple of months there that I could not receive calls at all. They were going straight to my voicemail and my phone was never ringing.
No one could ever figure it out in tech support. I will say customer service and tech support have always been very prompt and professional.
