I am so grateful for this QLink free phone and data service. It's great for seniors that doesn't need a lot of data.

Haven't had any issues, very pleased so far. I've been with q links for close to 6 months. Never had a lapse of any kind. Good deal

I ordered a phone they sent me a tablet that could not be activated even on wifi. They claimed this tablet was free using govt program. 2 weeks after getting a able n not a phonr they sent me an email saying the govt wants me to pay $10.01 this month for a month. The stated my paymenteas overdue. This is to worst place to try to get help when u r on a fixed income.

Who great service but customer support sucks vary rude and likes two rush you glad I can do thing with out having two call them

This company has saved my life. They have amazing customer service. They truly care about their customers.

I am into one week of trying to get a phone activated. Customer service is awful, a group of children, scripted, with no ability to listen to a question and answer. Slave labor. I have had to call seven times this week & have gotten seven different answers - your phone is incompatible... sim card incompatible... your area has no service... wipe off sim card... your phone is locked... you need to open the app... each call at least a half hour. Such bad lines that it makes it hard to hear the rep, equally bad as they are all Asian with English as a second language so it makes it seem racist to have to keep asking them to repeat themselves. Very frustrating. Finally the last call told me i needed to upload info to get phone activated. Great! Now try to upload... first try to find the path to get you there... then go in a circle on the site, & not be able to complete.

There is nothing to do with a service like this except make a game of it. Try & guess the name your customer rep will use. I had a 'Miller' & laughed & complimented him on his choice & got hung up on. Another half hour wait time as punishment.

I am glad I have the time & can work while being on hold. Sympathy for the workers as the company has not educated them for the job. It is not their fault but it is hard not to fault the messengers of the company.

Just because it's offering a free service shouldn't mean the process is this hard. From this experience the company does not respect it's customers. No matter how 'happy' they are to serve you - only because it's written in front of them & they are forced to say these meaningless words.

Hi I try appreciate everything Qlink had to offer because this has truly been a blessing having free services

I am so glad for this. I can't afford to pay a cell phone bill. When I go out, even outside I take my phone with me. It makes me fell safe knowing if I fall I can get help. This is a blessing

I have been with QLink several years now and I wouldn't trade them for the world. They have been a life saver for me.

Every thing from the beginning has been a very smooth transition. From signing up, To having my number transferred. Better service than a "supposedly" very reliable network.

I APPLIED GOT APPROVED GOT SIM CARD, PORTED MY NUMBER 3 WEEKS LATER THE CUT MY SERVICE LOST MY NUMBER AFTER 15 YEARS SAME NUMBER LOST THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS
SELFEMPLOYED HAD ALL BUSINESS TIED TO MY NUMBER FROM BUISNESS CARD TO ACCOUNTS ALL LOST CAUSE OF QLINKS MISTAKE ALL THEY SAY AM SORRY. BOY DO I EVER REGRET GOING WITH QLINK AND THEY ARE LIARS 2 AND A HALF HOURS ON HOLD THET NEVER ANSWERED I HATE QLINK

My service was cut off Saturday 5 days later I still have no service everytime I call I'm told something different everytime I asked to talk to a manager I get hung up on. I have sent multiple emails no response. The service was ok for two months then they cut your service off and nobody can help you I even called the national verifier who said I was approved. Qlink wireless is a joke

It's so amazing that Qlink came out bcuz if it hadn't I would still be paying for phone service or maybe not bcuz times are really hard so I want to thank you for providing ur service to lower class your service is reliable always

I am pleased with this service, and, am greatful, for it! Simply put, thank you. This service has helped me stay in touch with my loved ones, and allowed me breathing room, financially, because of it!

I am disabled and extra money for anything is complicated. If I didn't have Qlink I wouldn't have access to a phone for emergencies living alone as I do.

I've had qlink for several years and am overall satisfied with the service... but I highly recommend you bring your own device and DO NOT get sucked into the "free tablet" that isn't free. You'll get charged $10.01 for a tiny hunk of junk. The processor is so unbelievably slow I'm not exaggerating when I say it takes 3 to 5 seconds for it to respond after touching a function. Don't waste your time. Their phones aren't much better... way better than the tablet and I won't say much more about the phones because it's free and it at least works. Just don't expect anything fancy.

With all that is provided I'm so grateful. Myself aswell as those I helped are very pleased also. With times the way scary times were and still are now this is such a help simplicity like holding the door, sayin welcome, u know SO THANKS AGAIN!
