Signed up for a free phone
Should not complain right.
Well it automatically started taking payment from ebb till exhausted.
Sent a low end Worthless tablet again not ordered just taking more money fromm ebb.
The internet service has been incredibly slow...
Really sucks...
Not recommending.

Where to start, I had them for 4 mths I would have been 3 but there impossible to leave. The customer service sucks, if your lucky enough to talk to a person. God help you if you get one of their phone numbers, every single day I was getting calls ant text for George and Karen almost all sales and scams seriously up to the day I finally disconnected I was blocking 4-6 numbers a day. Oh and if you only have enough money for theIr cheap phones wait till you have money, placing the phone within 2" of your face starts hitting on all the buttons its a piece of crap.

I am really upset. I hope you guys are recording & listening to your reps when they talk on the phone. I called for 2 simple questions & the guy (Abel) was smacking gum in my ear the entire time & I finally asked him to stop, he starting rubbing his mic to make loud noises. I am beyond sick & I am just trying to get help & this man was so rude & treated me like garbage. Am I poor? Yup! I am now bc my disease took everything from me. Do I deserve classism treatment? Nope! I don't care who you are. He's got me in tears & literally shaking. It's also ableist, because I told him I'm sick. I'm disappointed in my fellow humans right now.

Transferred my phone and number I've had for 10 yrs. Few weeks later. No service told I transferred my service. If I did that I'd took my number too. So reapplied and now my number was invalid found out they gave my number to T-Mobile. Called numerous times with no results. 2nd sims card shut down. Said i canceled it. I did not. 3 sims I didn't order i knew nothing about until I got on this web site to look up Account numbers and found a 3rd customer Account ID number and I now got 4 ID account number and still no replies ir my number back. My cell number is also my trusted/verification ID number. Qlink got into my apple account and changed the number and then when I called and said they are violating my rights by not giving me my number back. I all of a sudden got a text saying partial service back. Hey I can text 2 of my friends and that the service they gave me oh yeah that number they put into my apple account in trade of mine I guess disappeared. This company is hacking into your account and selling/ or whatever words they use to cover up thier fraud of taking numbers. They denied giving my number back. They can't do that. They DO NOT own these cell number and have no authority to choose what they do with your number. A FCC RULE: I am filing a civil lawsuit with FAIRSHAKES on them and I will with whatever means make sure they lose thier use of my tax dollars to run a government low income benefit program. I encouraged and suggest anyone having problems of any kind with QLINK contact the FCC and or find a company like FAIRSHAKES and file a civil suit on them. Violating our rights is against the law. Do not let these phones server do this to us. Communication is a free human rights

You told my dad buy a new phone he did cause of the 5g you was going too and now the phone is not going work with the sim card you suppose send him. What you doing wanting people keep buying phones. You was suppose send a tablet to him also
It stay in Oklahoma for months now it was sent back to you. Y'all cut his data off now saying he going lose service this month unless he buys a new phone he bought one this year. Service person told us it would work with the sim card 5g. I told him find another company just pay for the service cause y'all just going keep making him buy phones that how you make money since government suppose pay for service the government needs step up do something about this

I love in the boonies and didn't think I would have good service but once I switched over and brought my own phone it works pretty good! Have to admit the free ZTE phone they send you is crap. You can also bring your own number as long as its still activated. Try it! What do you have to loose?!

The worst

Please do yourself a favor and pass these clowns by when choosing a provider.
I realize that it is not uncommon for " unlimited" plans to have limits. If that be the case it is in the consumers interest that at least an asterisk be placed next to unlimited in the advertising from service providers detailing the limits of service. That's good faith in advertising. I've read all of qlinks terms and nowhere but nowhere do they give any explanation of limits or what to expect when limits are reached. By advertising " unlimited data" without even a clue as to what point you have reached their threshold or come close to it is intentional deception and demonstrative of bad faith.
With no warning or courtesy to the consumer who has blindly entered into a plan not aware of what they are getting because of deception... qlink shows who they are. They don't throttle you down to 2g, they cut your data off!
As if thats not enough... good luck getting help. I called and only was offered automated service. I emailed but no response now for nearly 2 days. I went to the qlink website to check my service status... again deception. It showed my data was unlimited. No mention at all that it had been cut off!
I don't know how this excuse for a service provider is in business. I do not expect they will be for long. What a bad experience I have had with them! Do yourself a favor... pass on them when shopping around.

I have some friends that are qlink customers and they have phone service through them and recently got a tablet through them. I helped on of my friends try to set up her tablet and we finally got it set up after 2 days of trying. She has had her tablet for since right before Christmas and she still can't do anything on it. She can't even check her email. I even tried my wifi services and she still can't get on her tablet to do anything, not even check her email. And another one of my friends has the same problem and he is an electronic expert. So in all I DO NOT recommend qlink to anyone. Their services are junk and so is their tablets. I gave it one star because it wouldn't let me not rate them because they don't deserve to be rated and they need their phones and tablets over in India!

I very much appreciate a true gift of a service that actually works. I was better off scrounging change for prepaid cards than the aggravation, anxiety and anger this has to offer. It's NOT better than nothing! It sucks!

Worst Ever

Smart mouth you with a smile, fix nothing and lie. I was told my service was activated and only text was working, that turns off regularly as well. It's now over a week and I still cannot make calls from my phone and keep calling and emailing customer service.
