I like my Hot Pepper phone. I love that it has internet and I can take great pics. I use my phone to talk to friends and family. I'm glad that I have my own phone

I make calls to check on family members. The texts go through quite quickly. It helps to have a phone I can rely on.

I'm trying it and I'm trying to get me another one. For my other phone. Now you say would I recommend the IQ LINK WIRELESS TO SOMEONE ELSE. Yes I would. And did.

Q-Link is in my opinion a great service overall. It has been so wonderful having financial assistance. It has definitely helped lower my stress in trying to figure out how to pay a cell phone bill.

Can not beat unlimited talk, text and data for free and a tablet for $10. I have never had a problem with not having service.

You're better off paying for a phone service then using this hot pile of crap qlinks you're going to pay with your mental health stress drop calls drop internet not being able to make calls not to mention that they are blatant false advertisement and I asked them to discontinue my services with them they said they would and never did. So I can't even go to a better lifeline carrier.

My QLink phone gets better service than my T-Mobile phone. Thank you keep up the awesome work. Work wonderful.

You can count on Qlinkwireless for quality. You don't have to worry about drop calls, and they give you an update monthly.

I would have kept this service but lifeline said I can have internet or free phone service only one or the other. So I get free internet. Very good service.

I enjoy the fact that I am getting cell service through safe link wireless. This service helps me with getting my other bill under control.

I asked the sales agent 5 times before ordering a phone from them what network qlink uses as I know from experience that T-Mobile towers do not reach into my specific geographical area. I was assured 5 times that I would have excellent phone coverage/service. So I ordered it. I have to drive twenty miles to where I can get any signal strength to make a call or use 4g/lte data.
I called them to resolve the issue or return the phone. They cannot fix the service problem which I can fully understand. They flat out lied about their coverage.
They kicker is. They refuse to take back the phone and issue a refund as it's 2 days past the return policy. They are a horrible company taking advantage of lifeline customers. The government who pays for the service should investigate this company and cut any ties with them. And Amazon, who the phone got shipped thru should do the same. I have never dealt with such a dishonest company.

Good services some places or spotting but all services are like that text service is good thanks for it

They have helped me so much during a bad time in my life. If it wasn't for qlink I would not of had a cell phone. Due to Illness and finances I couldn't afford
To pay for one. Way to go Qlink!

I like having this phone I got a more upgraded phone. And it's nice I always have a phone I can rely on to be working.

I think Qlink wireless is a great service that does help out the less fortunate ones who are struggling to get through these hard times that we have been experiencing for the past 2 years or so. It helps those ones to still be able to keep in contact with family especially and friends as well.
