About 6 months ago I had a friend tell me that airtalk was better than qlink and like an idiot i believed him and tried it out! But needless to say I'm back with qlink for good!

Bought a new serono pepper phone so I didn't have to wait on government phone. Back ordered. Still haven't received any thing. Payed cash for a phone comparable with lifeline service(unlimited data, phone, and texts)now I got an email saying my phone isn't good for your new 4g/5g service. Only had it a few months.im on ssi disability and I don't have enough money to buy another new phone. What does that mean for me shouldn't I be getting a new government phone for free? Is my phone going to work at all? My security and welfare depends on this phone. Only contact I have with people.no home phone.and this 90$ pepper phone I paid cash for just to have a phone comparable with your service a few months ago is a p. O. s. It's a joke.of all cellphones I've owned in10years it's the worst. Help me please I need my cellphone I'm 60 years old and crippled. What am I going to do if my phone won't work for the new 5g system?

I ordered a SIM card from q Link it never arrived so they sent me a new SIM card the problem with that is the number belongs to somebody else I'm receiving all their calls and they're asking me about drugs along with telemarketers I call q Link and ask them for new SIM card or to change the number they want to charge me $5 for their mistake I refuse to pay it I would never deal with this tight company ever again. I'm so pissed off right now I just spoke to the supervisor and she act like she couldn't wave that $5 fee there's an Obama phone free service you want me to pay $5 for your mistake what a bad company the phone belongs to somebody else the phone number belongs to someone else

These people, they aren't a COMPANY, they are GOVERNMENT leech thieves does NOTHING to help people, they are nothing more than thieves. Their SUPPOSED free phone service runs off the $80.00 a month WI-FI I pay Spectrum for. They sent me a Sceptor Tablet that NEVER worked and they stole my SECOND $100.00 government assistance for a tablet this year. There cheats need to be tarred, feathered and run out of business NOW!

I have had Qlink for over a year and a half and it is excellent coverage, I never have dropped calls and the customer Service is Awesome!

This is a complete scam there is nothing free about it. In fact they have very high data plans. Just a scam.

Service isn't to good where I live! Could be a lot better! The phone I received isn't the best either. And my tablet doesn't get service at all!

I had a tmobile phone a friend gave me. I put the SIM chip in. Seconds after my phone was activated. Never had a dropped call. Unlimited talk text and data.My state insurance pays for it.If for some reason that ends I still plan on being a qlink customer.No complaints.

How can I purchase Data from you Q Link? The Tablet doesn't work in my house unless I can Get Data from you? I hope I can purchase Data from you some how

They do not tell you this, but your *FREE* tablet requires a $10 co-pay. I also had a VERY difficult time finding out how long it takes to arrive... 6 - 8 weeks. WHY is it so hard to find that out? Also, every time I call, it takes at least 3 mins. To get through the automated voice prompts!

A no frills, get what is promised, phone service that so far has kept its end of the contract. I see no issues as of yet...
