I ordered an item from this company more than a month ago, I called customer service and they told me it was a back order, I kept on waiting until recently my bank told me this company have put an auto payment in my account for the pyramid collection rewards $21.35. I was surprised because I was not informed that I needed to be a member to buy their products. In summary, never got the item I ordered but I was made a new member of their store which is something that I don't need.

I bought more than $500 a few days ago from Pyramid Collection, and I never received a confirmation email or text for the purchase. But they did charge me. I tried to track the order, but their website doesn't work (probably on purpose). I still haven't received anything. I'm going to have to call my bank to cancel the transaction, which is surely a scam. Be careful. It's not a serious company.

I never got the 20% discount they advertised on their Website. They claimed it was Free Shipping on orders over $120, my order was $199.00 they charged $19.99 to ship plus an extra $1.50 to process. I spent an HOUR on the phone to cancel or correct the issue they sent me to 4 customer service people then the phone hung up. I've sent 2 website customer service contact emails and only one response to a person who is not me and they said they do not give discounts. So DO NOT TRUST THEM. I can't believe they are getting away with this much fraud in clear site. Hopefully a lawyer will experience this and know what to do.

PAPER THIN MATERIAL, MADE IN CHINA CRAP, WAY WAY OVER PRICED FOR QUALITY! THAN THEY CHARGE YOU FOR THE RETURN / TERRIBLE

While it has been deeply frustrating dealing with issues from the Pyramid Collection, some of the things I've gotten from them are quite lovely. A big problem is inconsistent sizing. I ordered ruched velvet tights in M because small was not available and they just about fell off me. It took from February until the end of July to finally get the the right size (XS). Another pair of leggings (beautiful) in small are almost too tight. I have a velvet top in small and when I ordered a similarly styled top it was much too tight. A long sleeved black knit top with lace around the neck and yolk is awesome and I watch for sales so I can snag another. With careful shopping and persistence if anything goes wrong are your best tools dealing with this company.

I give this 2 stars only because we have been [mostly] pleased with our purchases over the past few years, but in December 2021 and December 2022, they hit me with this 30 day free trial and 10% off my December purchase if I joined. Well, either I did not know I had signed up or I forgot, because they continued billing me for the membership throughout 2022. Obviously, I got very sloppy about checking my credit card statement each month, no matter how hectic life was. But, in any case, they did not give me the 10% off on the purchase. Then, 2 months ago they got my selfish heart to sign up again. I already had a membership and did not realize it, but that did not stop them from adding another to my account. I still did not get any discount on my December purchase. In January, I called to cancel that one and the guy on the phone did not even tell me I had 2 memberships at that point. I finally got them to cancel both memberships today (I think) and the woman was nice enough to refund the last 6 months (assuming Pyramid actually comes through on her promise). That is pretty much the only reason I gave this 2 stars instead of 1. You should always treat 30 day free trial offers as con games - they prey on the same instincts that con men play on - the desire to get something for nothing or almost nothing.

I genuinely like a lot of the merchandise but I will not! Pay $17.00 for shipping charges to get a small item that weighs only ounces! Other places charge $4.99 - $9.99 average. Many of my friends feel the same way.

I wish I had queried reviews before ordering from Pyramid. I had ordered many years ago and was happy with the service and the product. I now ordered two items which did not fit and returned them. I tracked my return and called one month later to ask about the refund. Finally I received it, less $28.47 on a $157.77 purchase. I will NEVER NEVER order from Pyramid again. I would give them less than one star if possible.

Ordered a dress for my nephews wedding as my sister has passed I'm now mother of the bride I've always wanted to order from them it looks beautiful well I ordered on Aug 30th today is September 12. I've called them on 4 separate occasions and all I've accomplished is getting a shipping label generated. They took my money quickly and then could care less. They have zero customer service it has taken numerous calls on numerous days talking to people in the Philippines to finally get someone "level 2" who said I'll keep checking the shipping. I can do that! All you did was create a label. I'm disgusted and brokenhearted Shame on you

The VIP club is a RIP OFF. They promise 15 percent off and the process is not only SUPER difficult and you must go through a THIRD PARTY COMPANY, but that company sends you through a mail chimp THAT DOES NOT EXIST. So it is IMPOSSIBLE TO CLAIM your "rebate." The VIP club is nothing but a RIP OFF! IT IS NOT WORTH ONE RED CENT. PYRAMID COLLECTION IS NOT WORTH ORDERING FROM ANYMORE, SAD TO SAY. WHAT A SHAME WHEN SUCH PRETTY CLOTHES ARE TURNED INTO A SCAM.

NOT ONE FASHIONABLE FUNCTIONAL ITEM! I LIKE SOME GOTH I AM YOUNG LOOKING BUT THIS ALL REMINDS ME OF A HALLOWEEN COSTUME COMPANY!... AND THEE PRICES! RIDICULOUS! I AM THIN AND 5 FEET 4 INCHES AND THE ITEMS I DID ORDER IN THE PAST WERE SIMPLY AWFUL! MUCH BETTER CHOICES THAN THIS..

Wife went on their site and put 3 items in cart, when she got to final payment page and saw shipping fee she closed page. Got charged $200 twice, they said she ordered twice. She called within an hour and they said they couldn't cancel orders because they were already being processed, told her she had to return them when she got the orders. They were extremely rude to her on phone.

Shipping is ridiculously overpriced. I have paid less in shipping from foreign countries and it takes just as long to get it.
Items are hit or miss. The quality isn't always there, but the prices are always high.
I always get sucked in by a cute item, but then regret it.

Just wanted to say thank you for everybody's reviews. I've always wanted to order from Pyramid but their shipping rates always stopped me. I finally was going to order a skirt I fell in love with but had to get a second opinion on the ridiculous shipping rates. My googling led me here. I see it's not just their high shipping that is a problem but also quality and customer service. I will not order from them ever. Thank you for saving my hard earned money!

Today they said my billing address was incorrect. I looked up the order and it looked fine. I called the number and the agent asked for the 4 numbers after my zip code. Literally there is no option to put that on the check out form. Then he asked for the 800 number on the back of my credit card.
The whole thing freaked me out. I went to see if my card had a new address associated with it. It was fine. Also the card said change was pending but PC said my order would be canceled in a month if I didn't respond.

The whole ordeal seems suspicious so I locked down my card and canceled the order. Who ask for the 800 number on the back of the card?

Saved myself 300 dollars... so there is that.

It is partly my fault for not watching my checking account more closely, but... When I made a purchase a couple of years ago there was a pop-up coupon for free shipping. I accepted. What was NOT made clear is that accepting the coupon signed me up for a monthly charge of approx. 15$ so that I would get 'free' shipping for all of their products and for other companies too. It was a trial, but it had an automatic renewal. Months! I paid this for many months without realizing what it was.

I used to love this catalog and the things I could find. The spiritual trinkets and witchy clothes. Things you couldn't find elsewhere. Today I got the catalog and was excited. Instead of the awesome things I used to find it was a catalog of suburban housewives clothing. The kind of ordinary things you find at Macys or even Walmart. NOTHING AT ALL interested me. The prices are rediculous. I like interesting and unique flowy clothes. Sadly this new catalog is a completely redone set of Walmart or target suburban housewives totally ordinary bland and ugly clothing. Disgusting. I threw it immediately in the trash.

I ordered leggings from them because I liked the pattern they advertised. When I received them, it was not what was pictured. Other items I ordered did not fit well so I returned. It took a long time to get refund, so I decided to order leggings again (in case pair I received was just a flawed 1) I again received not what they have pictured. I emailed them about this issue letting them know that what they have in their catalog is not what they are sending out, it took them weeks to respond a generic response about Covid delays and I could return the item for refund. Did not address what I specifically said in my email. So I have 2 of the same exact leggings, not the pattern I wanted, and returns are not free. Will not order from them again as they do not respond to emails, calls or address customer issues.

I am SO DISGUSTED WITH THIS COMPANY! I got a partial refund on my return. I didn't even get the full cost of my item. I will never buy from Pyramid Collection again. I order from so many other places and always get a full refund. I am so disappointed. And the quality of the clothes has gone down so much! Over priced and terrible quality!
