So mediocre
November 23, 2020

Thus business has poor customer service, and if you give them your address, which you have to, to do business with them, they will sell your address so you get tons of junk mail. Not impressed.

Also, their clothes are not good quality, for the prices they charge.

I placed an order with this company on 19 September. On 30 September, I was informed that the order was shipped. By 23 October, I had still not received the order. I called customer service, and was informed that I had cancelled the order, which I certainly had not. I reordered the items that were still available. The foreign customer service service representative kept trying to get me to buy more merchandise with an offer of 15% off. I told him I did not have a catalog in front of me. He persisted, not listening, continuing to try to get me to order more merchandise, which I did not have access to where I was calling from.
On 16 November, I had still not received the order, and it had apparently not been shipped. As before, I spoke with an overseas customer service representative who kept calling me by the wrong name, since my billing information was different than my shipping information for this order. I finally cancelled the order, at least I think so. I asked the customer service representative to send me an email confirming the cancellation, which I was told they could not guarantee they would do. Seriously, the worst customer service experience I have ever had in trying to order merchandise.

Orders take far too long – my costume arrive days after I my event - They must've sent it by donkey because they said it left the day after I ordered and seven days later it was states away. Don't bother are more reliable ones out there I returned my order and of course I had to pay shipping back

RIP OFF - CHEAP QUALITY
October 28, 2020

Hi, I Purchased 4 items on 10/11/20. I received the Greensleeve sweater jacket Multi- UNEVEN SIDES- CHEAP QUALITY- I Paid $79.95 for this item. Please do not purchase this sweater, The Salvation Army would not be able to resale it. It lopsided when you put it on. Shipping was $31.94 for Regular shipping and I'm keeping the tank top which is a little better Quality. I also had 2 dresses that I found out our going to be 4 weeks behind in receiving. One was the Halloween dress so I canceled both dresses. I will not Purchase from this Company ever again. Very Disappointed with the Quality of there clothes. Thank You, Maria

Never got what we purchased
September 28, 2020

My husband purchased a tunic and a necklace for me for Christmas using a standard visa gift card. He made the purchase over the phone and it went off without a hitch. Over a month later and nothing arrived. He called and was told that Shipping was running late and it would be here soon. A month later he called back again (well after Christmas now) and this time was told there was no record of the order and they don't accept gift card payments. (When he made the payment they had said none of this) He had thrown the card away believing the $80 had been charged off of it.
So $80 down the tubes and nothing but their double talk and excuses to show for it.
Thanks "Pyramid Collection", hope you enjoy scamming everyone.

SCAM COMPANY
August 14, 2020

BE AWARE OF THE VIP SCAM!
Bought something from this company FOUR years ago. You are automatically enrolled in a a VIP program when you purchase from them (catalogue or website). You ever see those "do you want to sign up for our newsletter" checkboxes on website? Well, it's like that, but well hidden.

I never received any emails about this VIP program, any emails from the Pyramid Collection itself were automatically sent to the spam folder. But none of those emails were about the VIP program and NOWHERE did it claim I would be charged.

I share my credit card with a family member. So I don't always see my bank statements. Obviously I never thought to even look for a subscription, obviously not to a clothing catalogue.

Now over had to cancel my credit cards. Reported the Pyramid Collection to the fraud department and am fighting with them to get my money back. This is 100% illegal and I have no idea how they've gotten away with it for this long. I'm going to post this same review everywhere I can in the hope that other women see it and don't fall for this. Not that you can *fall* for it since it's basically INVISIBLE until you see a bank statement.

I hate this company, I hate the shady people who work for it, all women too, from what I can tell. How anyone can try to take advance of customers like this is beyond me.

ITS PURE GREED, EVIL.

Don't buy from this company, ladies. The quality is poor unless they are selling from a 3rd party, and they will rip you off however they can.

They've wasted hundreds of dollars of my money and (far worse in my mind) MY TIME.

This review was written in august of 2020. WHEN WILL THIS COMPANY BE STOPPED?

Bought product from them once... they started charging me a monthly fee for a VIP membership that I never signed up for. Called and got the run around and was passed from one individual to another. Charged me for 7 months and made it a major hassle to get it canceled. Eventually got to someone who could supposedly do something and they were extremely rude about it. I'm guessing they probably hate their job and have to deal with this issue more than any other. NEVER do business with these people unless you're ok giving them a $100+ each year for your one-time purchase.

Worst company EVER
May 13, 2020

Somehow my address autofilled an old address where no one lives. It's empty. Fed ex is partially to blame too, but if pyramid would ANSWER THEIR PHONES OR EMAIL I would have my clothes but instead they GOT STOLEN off that porch like I knew would happen. I'm crying right now I wanted that Celtic dress and patchwork overalls. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

If they screw up your order there is no customer service, but if you want to place an order a human being picks up by the second ring. I waited for a half hour while hearing a looping distorted 5-second clip of marching music. But when I pressed 1 to place an order they picked up on the second ring 20 times in a row. I had planned on buying a few dresses and skirts, not now... Good Riddance!

High quality clothing that is unique and beautiful, which I really appreciate with the current dismal fashion scene. I advise anyone who is purchasing to READ the pop ups instead of blindly clicking and singing up for their savings program. There is no scam here, they tell you exactly what you are singing up for if you click on accept. As long as you are conscious and aware, you will have no issues.

Rip Off
March 16, 2020

My husband ordered a jacket for me for Christmas. He was enrolled in their VIP program (without his permission) which entails a $14.95 charge per month. He only found out about it when he received his credit card bill. He called the Pyramid Collection and stated that he had not enrolled in the VIP program and wanted it removed from his credit card bill. They not only didn't remove it, we just received another credit card bill with another $14.95 charge. We will never do business with this company again.

VIP SCAM CONTINUES!
January 6, 2020

The VIP scam continues even though there are massive quantities of reviews about it. I just recently was charged the $14.95 for VIP status... So that means the company doesn't care that the scam is continuing, because they are still making money off of this scam. Otherwise they would've already put a system in place to correct the issue. That is really sad because I love their clothes! But I'll never buy again because I don't support companies that feed off their customers with a parasite mentality!

Like others here, I found a $14.95 charge on my bank statement for VIP membership. When I called Pyramid about, I obviously wasn't the first person to complain, as the man I spoke to had a BS answer ready. He had the nerve to tell me I did this to myself, and when I entered my email address, that was considered my electronic signature authorizing them to bill me for the VIP membership. After reading the other reviews, I see there is a small out of the way box that is already checked and if not careful, and unless you uncheck it, then you are signing up. What an unscrupulous and deceitful way to do business! I have heard of these kinds of things and am always careful, but to find out this company is pulling this kind of stunt, I will NEVER do business with them again. The merchandise is low quality compared to the price, some of it is ridiculous looking anyway, and you can get the same elsewhere on the internet for less. Stay away!

HORRIBLE COMPANY RIP OFF
November 22, 2019

They advertise free return if not satisfied. Then, when you return your item, they charge you shipping and other fees. I ordered a 60 dollar top. It was way too large so sent it back with their prepaid label. I received only 34 dollar credit! I was out 18.00.
Very false advertising. Will never order again.
I even called cus service... they all sound like foreign robots and refuse to give proper reimbursement credit. AWFUL

Scamming Charges
November 19, 2019

I ordered one item from this catalog, which did not work out, and it was not a problem
The problem was that they charged me $14,95 for VIP membership that I never ordered and did not even know it existed until I checked my credit card charges.
I had to call them twice so far in order to cancel the membership that I never ordered at first place.
Buyers be aware

Fraudulent
August 20, 2019

Fraudulent charge for their VIP service, which I never signed up for, appeared on my credit card. Their items are not well made, either. I ordered a pair of pants that after 4 hours of wear, and being too large, split along the crotch. Buyer beware
