Order wrong twice. Issue going on since beginning March. 10+ emails to this "just ask" later still not even an acknowledgement that they have read it and are dealing with the issues. Advice? AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! Also if you have a poor review to leave do NOT leave it on the punkcase website. I've left 3 - they delete all reviews that are bad. Surely that's not supposed to happen. If I could have reviewed these thieving, ignorant, incompetent crooks I would have but it wouldn't let me. I would like to make it very clear that I actually rate punkcase ZERO NOT ONE.
Do not buy from these people! The product is inferior and does not fulfill it's promise. Didn't even last a month and cracks developed. I was instructed to return the product and a replacement would be issued. It's now 6 months later and I'm still getting the run around.
So I've essentially paid for a product that I don't even have - tantamount to theft. You're better off buying from someone reputable - steer clear of these clowns.
I placed an order for a case is a specific color that was higher priced than an alternate color. They sent the alternate color that was clearly marked with a different code that the order and receipt. After contacting Punkcase they offered to let me keep the order at a 20% discount which would have made these incorrect cases cost more than I would pay if ordering them intentionally. I said I did not want the incorrect cases, and they said I would need to return these at my cost. I suspect they don't even have the correct color in stock, but the service is terrible and I would not recommend this site.
Battery-cover broke down in less than a year. Usb literally came out so I cant connect to cable any more. Punkcase punks claim it was normal and intended. I want a replacement.
Crap service - scammers
I have never received my order and have been promised a refund twice now, but have still not actually gotten the money back. This site scams you out of your money - don't order from them!
Don't get me wrong the case is awesome well-built and all the features are nice but if something goes wrong customer service is absolutely horrible. I was sent the wrong color case which isn't a huge deal but I was looking forward to the color I ordered so I reached out to them by email seeing if there's anything they could do for me. It took about 5 hours to get a response and after we sent e -mails back and forth it is now a day later and finally they offered to either exchange it or give me 20% off the one I got. I needed a second case so I thought I would ask if they would just give me 20% off that so it took another day for the emails and then they told me go ahead and make the purchase and then they'll take the 20% off afterwards so I did that and I sent them several emails letting them know I made the purchase. Now they're ignoring my emails. So I just want to return it at this point but they're not answering my emails so I can't it has been 4 days without a response. So if they screw up your stuck with their mistake and they won't fix it. This is been a horrible experience I will never buy from them again.

I've had a very similar experience to another review here. Ordered two cases and only one was received. Contacted punk case and got some confused messages that didn't give me a lot of confidence but ultimately was promised the missing item would be sent. Four weeks after that it still hadn't arrived so I opened a dispute via PayPal. The initial response was "wait", I pointed out that they stuffed up my order once already and hadn't provided a tracking number for the replacement item so I wasn't confident they had actually sent it and low and behold a refund was sent.
Don't deal with these people. Their website is deceptive, it's not clear where the company is, and they are really hard to communicate with.
Bought a galaxy note 8 case, took a couple of week to turn up then lasted a whole 2 week before the outside bumper cracked at the corners and all the paint came off on the edges. Total sub standard garbage being sold by these jokers. When contacted about a refund they answered my 1st couple of emails and have not been ignoring me for over 2 week on all channels I've tried contacting them on AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
Do not buy anything from this company I bought a case for my Samsung galaxy note 9 it cost me $43 au... the site said punkcase au... ha the shipping notice I received was from USA 4 weeks later I received the case only to open it to find it was for a Samsung s10 and what a crappy looking case. I have sent 3 messages to this company and they will not reply. So now I have no case and wasted my money with this company... my advice is DO NOT BUY FROM PUNKCASE AS YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! IT IS A SCAM! BUYER BEWARE! I ordered a case and received a broken screen protector instead. They said I would have to return it and pay shipping. I refused and said they need to send what I paid for. As a replacement I got more broken screen protectors and A USED CASE I CRAP YOU NOT! Now they think it's a game and are responding to my detailed emails saying "we will send you a new screen protector" "your item is on its way" then they copied and pasted the ORIGINAL SHIPPING/tracking number so when I click on it it takes me to the original delivered status. This is a predatory person posing as a company. He/she is beating around the bush. When I sent photo evidence of the USED PHONE CASE with a sticker on it they say "it's not used you need to peel off the film, the instructions tell you that". It's all nonsense and this has happened to SEVERAL PEOPLE! The person on the other end of *******@punkcase.com is not going to help you and will make it into a game! Now this person has my card info, my full name, and my address! DO NOT EVER PURCHASE FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY IT IS A SCAAAAAAAAM! They will filter the comments on their Facebook page and remove anything negative! That includes comments by upset buyers across all their social media platforms! You will not get a refund and will receive items you didn't order. It's a total joke!
Without a doubt the worst company I have ever dealt with. Purchased 2 cases from them and was told shipping would take about a week. 3 weeks later we received one case and it was the wrong one. When asked about fixing the situation, I was told it would take an additional 2-3 weeks. So after waiting for almost a month, the customer service response was to refund for the one case. I could have done this all 3 weeks ago. Not to mention that the product itself is cheaply made. Garbage. Dont waste your time or money. Plenty of other cases out there.
After my previous review they sent an automated response with a phony email address to send my issues to. If they respond saying to contact Kristina on an email address don't believe it, it's just a delaying tactic. No response after a week and then they proceeded to block me off Facebook and Messenger.
I lodged a grievance with Paypal and after 3 or 4 automated responses from Punkcase I wasn't going to take no for an answer. I just received a refund from Paypal.
Anyone else having an issue and you have payed via Paypal go down this road and push it.
Terrible customer service and quality control.
I purchased a IPhone 7+ phone cover for my daughter as she was paranoid about smashing it. It took 4 weeks to arrive and it was the incorrect one.
After trying to contact them through 3 or 4 different channels they finally replied after a week. After numerous emails they expected me to send back the incorrect case they had sent at my expense before they would send the phone case that I paid for. This would be a 7 week turnaround at the pace they work at. Still waiting on a reply after I told them this would not be good enough.
Beware... Do NOT buy. Terrible customer service. I'm pretty sure its a 16 year old working from his Mum and Dad's basement due to the lack of understanding of customer service and terrible responses. It's a shame because the cases seem decent quality.
They seem to filter out and delete bad reviews on there Facebook page, I think you can tell by the amount of angry Emoji faces.
I purchased a teal punkcase for my Samsung Note8. Took 3 weeks to arrive. It's terrible; flimsy plastic teal coloured edges, cheap 'buttons' which don't sit in the right place to reach the real buttons on my phone... rendering the whole case useless! I'm very disappointed and will have to simply bin the case.
Ordered an S8 case, shipping to Australia took 3 weeks, then when it arrived opened the package to find that it is the wrong case - far too big for an S8 (even though it said S8 on the box).
Customer service is absolutely terrible, they're now telling me I have to send the case back to New York at my cost, and they'll only send me the correct case after they've received the one I send back to them?!
Steer we'll clear of this company, I wish I had read the other reviews before I ordered from them - they are crooks
Took 2 months to arrive, then was the wrong case! Now they won't even return my emails. Would have rated lower if I could. Don't waste your time with that company, many reputable cases out there. Brent
Ordered a screen protectoe since January 2nd and it has not arrived yet!. Left a message on there useless answering service and even sent emails after emails. Too which they replied with a generic response of "Your order might take some time to arrive. Give 2-3 weeks blah blah blah! Second email said it was backordered. Total bull$#*!! Don't even bother calling. No one picks up the phone!
Constant complaints of people not being able to hear me. Cant even get a response from the company. Definitely wont recommend and never buy again.
I Have sent email correspondence to your organisation about my dissatisfaction with your product and you have not responded. After waiting over a month for my case to arrive, the case when on the phone is not charging the phone. I cannot use the silence button on the side of the phone. The case did not come with a charging cord. I feel like I have wasted AU$140
I ordered a battery pack for my Samsung S8. It took about 10 weeks to arrive. I needed a battery backup when travelling overseas, so I actually had to buy a 2nd one from another supplier because the Punk Case one had not arrived in time. (It arrived 4 weeks after I returned from OS).
When it did finally arrive it was faulty. I know this because the 2nd one I bought (which btw arrived in 1 week from Aus Power Banks) is identical and only cost a few dollars more.
I have contacted Punk Case twice now with no response. So I am $70+ out of pocket but I do have a handy door jam.
I would not recommend Punk Case at all. Spend a few extra dollars, get your product from a local supplier. It seems they are all made in the same China factory anyway.
Answer: Scam! They break international consumer regulations with their shipping and returns policies. They do not provide information required at point of sale, and refuse refunds.
Answer: In Australia I have used Aus Power Banks and been very happy.
Answer: Save yourself the hassle, they won't refund or cancel your order, they are an unethical company that take pride in ripping people off. Buy elsewhere.
Answer: I thought they had a product no one else had - I did not get the product I ordered and feel they are a rip off.
