Ordered the product in February 2020 and its already May and I've yet to receive the product. Don't bother emailing them, they will give you template response without answering your questions. Please stay away.

Crap don't buy
April 26, 2020

First day put screen saver on it cracked falling 2 feet off night stand on wood floor. One week later the case from putting in and out of pocket started falling apart on edges. I used super glue to hold together and black magic marker to cover black material that flake off. They sell crap. Don't buy.

Avoid

Terrible. Sent out a cheap piece of plastic rubbish, nothing like the £35 metal case I ordered. You also pay customs of £15. They do not respond to emails. They ship from new York. Avoid this company. Its a scam

I ordered a case for a S20 and they sent me a case for a Google pixle 2. I called them and spoke with people after calling for 30 or so minutes she said no problem we'll send you the case out today at the latest tomorrow, and you send the incorrect case back to us when you get the right one. Sounds good so far!
2 days later I haven't received the email saying they had shipped my case, couldn't get in touch with them on the phone left 2 messages, then the next day I emailed them. Guess what they want me to now send them pictures showing I received the wrong case, of course I mean why not. So I sent them pictures with my order # and all of that and ask if they could ship my case out that day, they said of course we can.
Three days later I email them to check up and see if they had sent my case, cause again I received no email from them. Then they ask me to send them pictures again, then the same thing happened again because they said they do not sale a "metallic " Google Pixle 2... i never mentioned the color of the wrong case they sent me, I do not even know where they go that from.
They just emailed me 2 hours ago and said, "sure, we would love to get your correct case out to you, just send the incorrect case in to us and when we get it we will send you the correct one right out". Well it took them 5 business days to get the first one to me.
So I've been waiting on them to send me the correct case for 2 and a half weeks now with absolutely zero progress made now they are telling me it going to be another 2 weeks basically. While I'm walking around and using a phone with no case/no protection because I thought punkcase would be a good decision. All I can say is wow, if this is customer service no thank you punkcase. I'll be shopping somewhere else next time.

I bought a punkcase and on the whole i was happy with the case. That is until the power button broke away on the case leaving me unable to use my phone when in the case. It was within the warranty period so I contacted punkcase. They asked me to return the case and they would send me another. I sent the case back and waited, and waited and waited. I contacted them again and they acted like they didn't know anything about it. Even though the conversation trail was in the email I sent. Lots of emails back and forth, asking for an order number (Which was in the email subject), then saying it wasnt recognised, even though it's in the same email feed as the original purchase email from them. Now they have just gone quiet. Ignoring my emails. I will never buy from these scam artists again. Judging by other reviews they do it to a lot of people. Stay away well away.

In the UK you have 14 days to request a refund under Consumer contracts regulations - regardless of whether you've received the item or not. As soon as I mentioned this, they settled my paypal dispute (after previously refusing a refund in emails).
This company is a total scam - they don't say the product is being shipped from america, and only offer refunds on items within 30 days of the ORDER DATE. They say delivery can take 4 weeks - leaving 2 days to return a product overseas for a refund... total scam company. If you see their ads on facebook, amazon etc - REPORT THEM!

No customer service

About a year ago I was given a case as a gift and loved it. I recently got a new phone and wanted to get one. I ordered a clear one and got black which was the wrong color then when I received the email confirmation it was red a completely a different color then what I ordered. I tried to email the company which took a week for an answer. When I got the email I was suppose to pay for shipping back. I emailed and requested a label no answer. I have called and emailed everyday still no answer. No one answers the phone either. I am requesting a full refund and never ordering their product again ever. Thanks for nothing punk case

I order a case that had a defect. Not only loss my money I paid for shipping to replace the case and never got the case back or my money. This people should not be allowed to take advantage of buyers. They are not honest

Awful customer service. Sent the wrong item to me and offered me the choice of either a 20% refund or sending the item back, at my expense, for an exchange. I'm happy to send the incorrect item back, if they pay for the postage, but I want a full refund or the correct item sent me

S8 studstar case

Save ya money and go for something else. I received my case and was damaged the plastic film covering finger sensor is as about the same as glad wrap. They have offered to replace it if I send it back but this leaves my phone unprotected and dont have another case.it took about 4 weeks to arrive and is already showing th signs of its poor quality. The front is starting to scratch badly and the logo on the back has rubbed off i wouldent buy from them again and definitely don't want another one go life proof yes there pricy but they really last well. Absolute rubbish stay away from these cases and company.

This is an absolute joke of a company. Don't bother placing an order because they will send you whatever they feel like sending you. I ordered a case for a galaxy note 9 and they sent me a case for a galaxy S9. When I emailed them and told them they made a mistake they said I have to send the wrong one back at my expense and then when they get it they will send the right one. Seems like since they made a mistake they would rectify it but no.

Dear Punkcase Sales
You are a deceitful company after taking payment for 2 phone casing for Samsung S10plus. Made the delivery and pretended you have sent 2 boxes for 2 phone case. Then pretended that it was not important to inform your customer who bought 2 phone case and you only decided to send one.
Then with the many mails i sent to you - you proclaim that you have sent 2 phone case.
And to make matters worse you can ask which case i received.
Now you admit that you are the cause for all this unhappiness.
Do you think i can trust you to send the black case? If you cannot send- best you send a letter and refund the bank the money you are trying to cheat your company and make others know the kind of integrity your company can provide to its customers.
Kindly reply soon. I am very very disappointed.So dont make it worse.
DHL should also know the level of honesty you drive your company.
I have got confirmation Punkcase collected money for 2 cases when they only sent one case to me in Singapore.
When i email to ask for the 2nd case they are not answering. There are so many occurrences of this issues. Please everyone learn from our experience and dont try to experience it. This is a Fraudulent company. No one can trust this company. If you still want to buy from them and get cheated - i cannot help you. We all have shared our experiences here for everyone to make your own choices.

Just got an iPad 9.7 pro case, fits and looks great but unfortunately the volume buttons don't work, the camera hole doesn't line up correctly and neither does the finger print scanner. Now get a bottle of aspirin before you start trying to deal with the customer service center. What a disappointment that's all I can say. I've gotten 2 iPhone cases from them before that and they've been great but after this I'd be very weary of what I received in the future because they do not want to make it right...

Product broke straight away. The quality of the bottoms are poor. The customer service is terrible and rude. After a lot of back and forth thaey eventually agreed to send me another one but then didn't. And when I got back in touch they asked me to go through the whole process again of proving it was broken and THEN they told me I could have a refund or replacement. And they don't acknowledge my repeated statements about them already agreeing to it. It's a horrible company and inferior product. DONT TOUCH THEM!

Dont bother at all

Would not bother with this company at all. They are rude, liars and send out the wrong cases and wont refund you the shipping costs for returning a item that that you didn't even order, i ordered 2 cases from them, one turned up 5 days after order and was not the one i ordered and the other still hasn't turned up nearly 4 weeks after.
********absolute shambles of a company********
All the there reviews on there site are only the ones they allow as they keep taknig my review off, dishonest

TRASH!

1) Sent faulty goods
2) No response to Emails
3) Automated response only on Twitter, if any.
4) Insists in 'store Credit' after refusing to respond to any attempts to contact them.
5) Basically - they take your money, send Trash, won't speak to you about their Trash, won; t give you your money back. TRASH PRODUCTS - TRASH PEOPLE.
