I was trying to find two wayward brothers who have moved all over the country. I wish there was a way to show what the current address is. Still, the info was thorough and came quickly.
Was looking for information. The search provided information that I needed and loaded pdf files with additional information. Just use caution as it is POSSIBLE matches, so not all information may be relevant. It was a good experience. I was able to cancel my subscription using the chat feature. It was a good service and the website was easy to use.

I came across your website to look up a family member for my mom that has not been heard from for a while. I was under the impression that I was only going to be charged $1 for seeing the minimal info. I was ok with this. I was even okay with the $7 that I saw come thru quickly on my bank account. To my surprise today, I saw another charge for $20. I had no idea what this was for as I did not sign up for an account, I just wanted to see basic info. I do not know where the misinformation that I was given for only $1 came from, but if you are scamming people this was you should be reported.
I chatted with Assisted by Steven in Customer Support and he refunded my account and closed my account, in which I did not know I had! He was very efficient in helping me get this all straightened out. I thank him very much
(You should be proud of your employee). I would never had agreed to any of this for the amounts you are charging just for information as I do not have this kind of money to hand out. My first thought when I saw these charges was you were a scam. If you are scamming people, please stop. Honesty is always the best policy. Thank you for your time.
I discovered that my credit card was charged $20 as part of my request for information (along with $1 + $7 charges that I agreed to). I used the customer support link to ask why I was charged the $20? Apparently it was included as part of setting up an account for me, which I didn't ask for. Customer support informed me that my account would be closed and that the charge would be refunded in 3-5 days. They provided a confirmation number and phone number if I have further questions.
The company essentially roped me b into a scam, nbs - FACTS! It was supposed to be a one time report not a subscription.
They handled my situation exceptionally well. Initially, I thought it was a scam, but their actions made me feel better.
The customer service agent was excellent and assisted me very quickly.
I got what I needed and was able to cancel easily when I requested to do so.
I had a very simple and quick interaction for canceling my account to prevent further payments. The CSR was able to do that immediately
Paid for something I've previously just googled, nothing different from what is publicly found online but I got scammed into paying for it here on Publicrecordsdata.us

Overall, the website is easy to navigate, however, the charge details are misleading. It tells you the only thing due today is $1 and then you will be charged $20/month at a later date, but they take all $21 at once... first the $1 charge, then a separate $20 charge.

I did not need an ongoing, monthly paid for account... and in today's world of very challenging systems of canceling these types of accounts, contacting Florida Public Records online was simple and they were very quick and courteous.
Quick easy and cheap. Just don't forget to cancel when you're done. It's very easy to do that via chat. Now let's hope they actually do it and I have no charges going forward.
Anthony came on the chat and I gave him my name and email address and within seconds he had my account. I asked to cancel subscription and he did not ask any questions.
