Ronald was attentive to my concern, answered all of my questions in detail, and provided a fast and easy resolution. I appreciate their kindness and how quick the chat was. Oftentimes, when you're dealing with online customer service chats, you can expect to go back and forth, be transferred to multiple representatives, and come out with no solution to the initial problem. But that wasn't the case for Public Record's customer service team. Thank you all for a great experience!
