Overall it was quick with results, but with a few inaccuracies. I'm guessing if you were to monitor the subject it would iron it out. My review is based on the first 10 minutes. But pleased with results.

Glad to see you added District of Columbia to the list of states. However is some areas like the greater DC area its necessary to check in DC, Maryland and Virginia. If you had another category Greater DC area which searched all 3 areas at once that would be very helpful. Also a search by email address would be very helpful indeed
Very little results when searched. I SEARCHED several different people that I know have more on their records than what came up. So not too sure your information is accurate.
You had a superior search to any other, however, once you have all the records I could not view them except for the first time. So, that does not suit my needs. L thanks

Yes we promised a discount of $2.94 a month & was still charged $29 something, terrible service they said it wasn't submitted but it was left in the notes!
I had forgotten to cancel after the free trial week and got pretty upset getting charged $29 for something I had forgotten and wasn't even using. So, I complained and was contacted immediately via email for more specifics and then someone reached out via phone to cancel my subscription, remind me when I signed up, what the site was even for, and that she had every intention of making me feel happy at the end.
She then offered me a monthly price I could refuse and could definitely live with and I WAS very happy and remain a customer/subscriber :)
