I will be contacting the better business bureau and my bank to stop payment. I have cancelled my subscription twice to ensure that it was cancelled and I was still charged for the subscription.

I received an email from American Express (AMEX) regarding a continuing charge they put "on-hold". I called AMEX & they outlined a "suspicious subscription" charge that they put on-hold. After talking with AMEX, I called Public Information Services (PIS) & talked with a very non-confident customer service representative... after a long discussion regarding the monthly charges... she became unruly & unconfident in her answers... to the point she wanted me to talk to her "Supervisor" (SUP).
Martin the SUP was GREAT! He explained my options & offered a fantastic way for my firm to continue to check out PIS. I am writing this review not because I think the service is great... I want to try it out more before that.
I am writing this because I wish our firm had someone like Martin to handle calls. He is extremely professional & calm with clients. PIS is lucky to have someone like Martin because I was ready to fire a full broadside of legal & social media actions/Tweets... now he convinced me to give PIS another chance to see what it can do. 5 Stars for Martin!
