Support is knowledgeable and prompt. One has to call on the phone or email them but they've been accessible to me over the last few months. I've had this site for about 4 months and it's pretty reliable and accurate.

I know beyond reasonable doubt that a few people I have asked for a report on have criminal convictions and/or warrants; however it never manages to show up on your reports. Why is that? Whole purpose for utilizing publicinfoservices.

Very dissatisfied. I know for a fact sge has a criminal record. Also has been evicted from apartments. I'm told here no criminal record & no evictions. Among other issues that are incorrect..

Cancelled and still charged

I will be contacting the better business bureau and my bank to stop payment. I have cancelled my subscription twice to ensure that it was cancelled and I was still charged for the subscription.

5 Stars for Martin!
I received an email from American Express (AMEX) regarding a continuing charge they put "on-hold". I called AMEX & they outlined a "suspicious subscription" charge that they put on-hold. After talking with AMEX, I called Public Information Services (PIS) & talked with a very non-confident customer service representative... after a long discussion regarding the monthly charges... she became unruly & unconfident in her answers... to the point she wanted me to talk to her "Supervisor" (SUP).
Martin the SUP was GREAT! He explained my options & offered a fantastic way for my firm to continue to check out PIS. I am writing this review not because I think the service is great... I want to try it out more before that.
I am writing this because I wish our firm had someone like Martin to handle calls. He is extremely professional & calm with clients. PIS is lucky to have someone like Martin because I was ready to fire a full broadside of legal & social media actions/Tweets... now he convinced me to give PIS another chance to see what it can do. 5 Stars for Martin!
