The website is not user friendly. You also cannot see times and dates for more than one test at a time which is terrible when you wish to take 2 tests on same day. Called customer service and the woman (she was on Indian decent) was almost impossible to understand. She became angry with me when I had to ask a number of time to repeat what she said, I would have switched to another company if I could. Would not use again

You all ripped me off on the $24.99 test that only gave me one try. Then when I call you, you all sell me on the unlimited test for another 19.99. Unethical!

My experience with Tn. Gov and PSI was a disaster trying to decipher what was needed to get a MU license through online services. I had to call and speak with someone at TN. GOV to confirm that I did have to take the TN Business Law exam in order to get the license we are acquiring which requires no exams BUT you must take the TN Business Law exam first. PSI customer service staff all seems to be foreigners which speak great English but their accents are so harsh it makes it hard to understand what they are saying 50% of time. I tried 3 different times to get someone without the harsh accent and that did not happen, so I had to fight through it with the 3rd person on the phone. Which he was patient and was able to complete the transaction with me.

It was easy to find the practice materials I needed. I liked that it gave me a free trial to see if it would work for me.
Answer: May take over 1 1/2 hours on hold with zero contact
Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
