I ordered the Math test. It was very helpful to the student because it covered a lot of information that would be on the actual test. The answers to the test were understandable for the student. Had much success with the test
On April 18th, I purchased a sample pre-test but was unable to load it. I called your 855 number and was informed that I needed to read the disclosure and that I would have to pay for the download again because I was only entitled to one download, even though the message was "not responding." I asked to speak to a manager and was connected with Sarro, who told me that technical support would call me. As of April 28th, I have not received a call. On April 25th, I was scheduled to take a proctored exam. I logged on 15 minutes early and, after running the system check and receiving the green "System Check Passed" multiple times, I was unable to load the test. After calling the 855 number, I was transferred four times until I reached technical support, who informed me that "we don't support Windows 10 Business." I was also told that I would need to re-pay and re-schedule my exam. How can I reschedule an exam that doesn't load on my computer? I was advised to call back in 2 to 5 days, but after this frustrating experience, I have made arrangements to go to a local test center. This has been an extremely frustrating experience!

I received an email link earlier with my profile. It is not working so I set-up a new one. Once I signed on, the course and test I signed up for (Broker - VA) is not in my profile by Life Health is?

I wish there was some kind of paper study guide. I don't know why it seems this is very anti paper. I learn better with a book or paper than on the computer. Also test times are ridiculous. I can't get something for over a week. I work full time.

Easy, not so happy with log-in mess for exam. Your access names are not clear
Why are psi and psi online not connected? So you got to have more accounts and $#*! to keep up with. You should have it all connected. It is just stupid and makes it more annoying to the people trying to buy the study guide. Maybe do a deal if you by the test you get a coupon for the study guides.

I was pleased from the moment I walked in. I was greeted by a friendly, professional proctor who went through the initial process very efficiently. The testing environment was clean, well lit, and quiet. If I have to take another exam, I will not hesitate to go here again.

The website is extremely difficult to navigate. The ordering system is prone to random errors where it tells you that your address is invalid, and the whole experience is frustrating at best and enraging at worst.

I have taken a few exams from PSI Testing. The customer support people don't know very much and when you ask them a question they can't answer simple things that they should be able to look up but they can't. On top of that, they don't even care if they have helped you. The just say "sorry" and try to point you to another organization. No responsibility for solving simple issues. Example - They can't even tell you what the correct book is, what edition, you need for a given test. Such a simple question. They don't know and they don't care if they don't know. You guys need some competition because evidently nothing to motivate your team.

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
