I started trying to access test a little after 9:00am on Saturday the 3rd of May. It took an hour to get in the test. No one mentioned I would physically have to pick up my DESKTOP and spin it around and under the desk. How if someone is telling you they are on a heavy device... do you still insist they physically pick it up? After that I started the test... only a few (30-40) questions then it kicked me out again and I am required to verify twice again. After successfully doing so just waiting and speaking to tech support, I am told I will get a call in 2 days. This is after waiting a week to take the test, 4 hours of wasted time, tearing up the drywall where my computer is and risking dropping my computer several times for no reason. Tests are extremely stressful already... how I was left feeling today is beyond unfair, unprofessional and exhausting.
Communication from PSI tends to be very prompt. I appreciate that when I have questions, there is always someone to answer.
Of note, as it seems the support center is based in South Africa, I would recommend advising customer service to speak slower to better understand guidance.
It is extreamly hard to navigate webpage and find the test that is needed. Had to find a phone number to call so I could apply for the test

I have had great experience using the PSI Site. The products and site are easy to use.
Easy and quick process for getting what I needed. I was able to apply my voaucher with no problem.
Customer service was rude and hung up on me, I continued on my own and hopefully I chose the right course to take for an adjuster training for out of state for New York

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
