Overall the experience was awesome the online portal was so easy to navigate it was easy to find the product I need the ordering process was easy I would recommend PSI to all my friends and family if they're ever taking a cosmetology or a barber State Board test

Since I only needed to take the state portion of the IL Broker exam consisting of around 45-50 questions, I decided to take the exam via your on-line proctored option. What a huge mistake! What should have taken about an hour or less to take the exam took over 9 hours which included a location change, didn't like my driver's license or passport, got disconnected while trying to set everything up, moved locations in my house, removed items that were at least 10-15 ft behind me, finally got to take the exam after 6 plus hours of trying. After the 5th question, the system froze and tech support had to come on the line to fix. While sitting there waiting I happen to put my hands over my mouth while resting my elbows on the countertop. The proctor who knew what was going on says move your hands from in front of your face. Really? After completing the exam and passing, I had issues getting my results. The worst test taking experience that I have ever had. Told a rep but never heard back from anyone. I don't have my notes with me but i started just before lunch and didn't finish till around 8 or so.

I didn't know what I needed. You helped me get the right books, helpful tabs, and practice tests. I passed first try 1 hour before I ran out of time

I purchased the practice test - could not download it. I call customer service the same day - no help. I asked that a escalations person call or email me back - no response.

It was a bit painful. Something in the automated system was requiring out of state work and education experience when not applicable. All my experience was in my home state.

The experience was good I hope to receive my order my teacher recommended to practice for the test

Your test questions are poorly written. They ask obscure details. They are impossible to pass unless you buy your specific study guide. Why would I be happy?

Less than 20 questions into my 850 question package I noticed the answers are wrong on the test. One question I answered 125 Amps and it was marked as incorrect and in the answer description, it said 125 was the answer but it was not listed as an option so 150 was the correct answer…. Even though 125 was an option I picked.
No code reference. HORRIBLE questions. Called to report the issue and the customer rep would not accept proof of the problem and would not refund my purchase.

A little hard to find your way around, tried to find the way to schedule a test forever and then found it trying to buy a practice test on accident,

I had to do it twice because it wasn't going through and I kept check emails and didn't understand what was wrong, but once I saw it hadn't changed I just tried it again
