I received an email to retest one month before I could and when I filled out the application it was declined and I was sent an email telling me not apply early.
Many of the test preps repeat questions/ are often wrong. Quite a few of the questions cant be found in the relevant books. You should do a commercial/ residential combined prep as you technically sell that exam.

Last time, this process was far too complicated and my order took 3 weeks just to get a call back. The representatives are very kind, but when they say they'll call you back and ask for a time, they don't call you back. Instead, to ensure a call, you can call repeatedly until one representative finally gives you the call back. That works.

This is the second time I have purchased this practice test. I am really hoping it works this time. My first time I saw no options for beginning the practice test. I emailed support to request help, they suggested how to help, I tried it and had no success, I sent them pictures of my screen showing them what I was seeing and that the button they were reffering to was not there. I recieved back the exact same directions as the first time. I have requested a refund multiple times, been directed to other departments, and offered the same directions for taking the test over and over with no success, I really hope it works this time but this is honestly ridiculous.

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
