Easy process to access the test hope I can pass the state Exam
I think there should be a section that says "If you have a prepaid voucher code, enter it in the coupon/gift certificate box after adding the test to your cart." I had a very difficult time figuring out how to access my practice test that I paid for when I scheduled my exam.

I entered the activation code and it activated the exam but could not access the exam and Customer Service is closed and AI kept erroring out.

We have used PSI practice exams previously. They give good insight into the upcoming National exam and the pre=experience to reduce student panic.
We order them on-line and then use them, over the course of 2 days (June 4 and 5) to review.

I purchased my PSI test prep because I was studying for my esthetician instructor exam. I went through pretty much most for the practice questions and found them to be extremely easy! I scored a 90-100 on all of them. Unfortunately, when I went to take the actual exam, the test prep truly was nothing like the actual exam. The actually exam was much more difficult and focused on the practical aspects of the topics mentioned in the test prep. I would not purchase again nor would I advise anyone else to.
