Solution was to send me a new access code when accessing the product was not the issue. My issue was that the product was falsely advertised, and then he put me on hold for another 30 mins and never picked up again. Tried calling back per the extension on his email and he never picked up.
I should be able to get a reference as to where and or how to find or get the correct answer when I get it wrong. All your test does is tell me that I got it wrong. This is suppose to be a study guide! You could get practice test for free or nearly free.

I received the practice test and I thought I could take it as many times as needed. I didn't realize I would have to pay every time after I ordered it

I had not a problem technical issue, first it all I tried to talk with customer support and that was impossible. I return the first purchase in March 2 because I was thinking that the probles was tecnical.
Right now I have not recibed the replacement. I need a Practic Test therefore yesterday I bought another WASHINGTON REAL ESTATE BROKER PREMIUM TEST - 500 items. I downloaed it correctly. I realize that the Practical Test is wrong, PSI download again THE NATIONAL REAL ESTATE SALESPERSON PREMIUM. I have 3 codes with the same NATIONAL REAL ESTATE SALESPERSON PREMIUM Practice test.

After spending 45 minutes just to register and show the proctor my entire room, desk, walls, floors, etc. I was kicked out of my test at question 4. Ridiculous. Without notice. I took the day off of work to take this test. It wasted my time and frustrating that someone wouldn't ask you if there was an issue at the test. I tried to reschedule and couldn't. It truly wasted my time and hours spent studying went to waste

The proctor of my exam shut of my test when I was on question 64 out of 70. He cited that I was using a mobile phone which is ridiculous because it was my calculator that said proctor had gotten a good view of and confirmed to be of PSI quality. He also witnessed me put my smart phone out of reach all the way in the back of the room.

Very uncomfortable experience taking an online test. Test lasts an hour roughly. You have to look at the screen constantly and not move your mouth or you can be kicked out. You cannot use any calculator except old school one. You cannot write on paper to calculate anything longer then 3 sec. You cannot move or take water. You have to clear completely table you are on - no bottles or paper or pens or books...I made a full mess of the room just to accommodate this test.
I understand that its about protection of the content, but this is far extreme. I felt very uncomfortable and had very hard time to focus on the test properly - had to re-read questions multiple times.
This is not a good option for exams.

So I got the esthetician study guide, I paid 27$ for it. It took me a week to just even get the study guide because it wouldn't let me login. I called and would email many times. I finally was able to login and it was only 25 questions. How is 25 questions going to help with a 110 question stateboard.

This is the third time I have tried to pass the PSI test. I thought the practice tests would have the information I needed to study on them for the actual test but the practice tests did not help at all and I got the same score as the second and third time I failed the test. Waste of money.

This is NOT worth the money. Read tge fine print! For $24.99 you get 25 questions to answer. If you want more you have to pay another $24.99. When I called to make sure this was true, the guy on the phone said he gets calls from angry customers about this same issue all day everyday.

Test had a total of 25 questions that where the same questions no matter how many times I took it. It was really not helpful for my real test at all. It wast a waste of my money. I was very disappointed.

I wanted to share my experience with you regarding the CKAD and Prometheus certifications offered by the Linux Foundation. As someone who is passionate about open-source software and the Linux community, I was excited to take these exams and earn these valuable certifications. However, my experience was anything but positive. I am tagging Linux Foundation in this post as I believe they need to be aware of the ongoing issues with their testing platform.
During the CKAD exam, I encountered an awful verification process. The PSI Secure browser kept showing "Connection failed error," which caused me a lot of frustration and wasted time. Despite my best efforts, I could not avoid these errors and had to endure a stressful experience throughout the exam.
The issues persisted during the Prometheus certification exam as well. In the check-in process, the PSI Secure browser showed an error stating "Connection failed." The verification process was also terrible, and once I started the exam, the PSI browser continued to crash. This led to a lot of wasted time and effort, as I tried more than five times to pass the verification process and continue the exam, to no avail.
During the exam, the PSI browser closed and crashed repeatedly, providing me with different errors. I tried different internet providers, including a 300Mb Optical internet connection and 5G, but the issues persisted. I created tickets in PSI and the Linux Foundation, but unfortunately, I did not receive any answers to my queries.
Overall, my experience with the Linux Foundation's certification process was terrible, and I hope that they take note of my experience and work to improve the certification process. Š•specially considering that PSI is no longer an exam provider in AWS (https://aws.amazon.com/blogs/training-and-certification/changes-to-aws-certification-exam-delivery/). I would love to see the certification process become more user-friendly, reliable, and efficient, enabling more people to take advantage of these valuable certifications.

These people don't care at all. Hours waiting on the phone, just to be hung up on. Multiple transfers. Never can get anyone who knows anything about their job. God forbid you ask to talk to a supervisor, instant end of call. I really hate these people. I'd advise finding a different profession if you have to deal with these people, concerning tests. You pass Ave then they'll act like you don't exist, because they some how lost your information.

Yo presente mi examen muchas veces y no pude pasar mi examen, las preguntas las cambian a su modo no son exaxta y confunden mucho yo me considero que pase mi examen, pero aqui todo es el dinero he pagado mucho para tomar este examen y no lo paso por una o otra razon. No debe ser asi deben de cambiar sus preguntas como debe ser sin tantos cambios al pronunciamiento. La verdad de tanto estudiar para solo darles a ellos tanto dinero es una gran frustracion.

I purchased a practice exam for $25 thinking it would quiz me with material from the actual exam but only one of those practice questions appeared in my state board test. I also thought it would include more questions, but your literally paying $25 for 25 questions which seems like a rip off. And majority of the questions were common sense as well, no explanation if you got the answer wrong.

I would've preferred the practice test to have the same amount of questions as the real test. This would make the practice more realistic.
