This was an extremely disappointing purchase. The description sounded like we would get 30 tests not 30 questions. Each test was the same with maybe one or two alternating from a bank of 30 questions. Misleading advertising and was unhelpful compared to every other app I used.

The content is great, but customer service needs improvement. I purchased the National practice exam along with the purchase of my test date. Once I took the practice exam, it wanted me to repurchase the practice exam which was not accurate. I called 4 times and sent multiple emails to the group box and didn't receive a response to the email until have 5 days which is unacceptable as I needed to have access to exam. I did in fact finally get it resolved after speaking to a nice lady that was going to reimburse my practice test, but this was after my scheduled exam.

PSI makes professional exam prep so easy. They tell you the recommended material, and provide a single stop to purchase them. Also, they provide an unlimited practice exam option which you should absolutely purchase. Great job PSI store.

Ultimately I found an exam study format to help prep for my test. However, locating it was a bit confusing as I was researching the site blind. It was not self explanatory. However the sample test questions were very close to or harder than the actual exam.

So, I took a cosmetology test in Woodbury, MN on March 2nd. The computer system glitched and I have yet to receive my results. This has been a really bad experience and it seems like no one can help me.

I thought I was getting a better study guide than what I got. That would cover far more material than it did. Don't waste your money. Use Kahoots- Quizlet- or school notes/book over this.

Unless I'm missing something, the only material that can possibly be purchased for the Independent Adjuster Exam is General Independent Adjuster study material, which is irrelevant as an Independent Adjuster is most likely not a General Adjuster, it contains a lot of material on life insurance which is not on the exam, and does not contain a lot of the testing material to study and perfect for the Independent Adjuster Exam. Also, the only study material that populates when registering for the Independent Adjuster Exam is the California Property & Casualty study guide and practice exams so it's misleading, several of us - myself and my peers, spent the $29.99 on that material, scored "Excellent" on the practice exams, and then log on to take the PSI Independent Adjuster Exam and there is maybe 3 questions on that exam from the material that hours were wasted studying. Another $29.99 wasted by our group for the General Independent Adjuster study guide and practice exam for those to take the PSI Exam and fail. For lack of a better term, it honestly feels like this is rigged to make money and not produce material to effectively and efficiently pass the exam. Please advise where on the PSI site the Independent Adjuster Study Material is available as I do not have the resources to keep wasting money for re-exams going in blindly without the real material to study. I never got my test score on my online proctored exam. I was told it would show at the end of exam and then 1 - 3 business days and I'm still waiting. I fear something went wrong and may have to take it again. My new job is unable to start without this certification. If I have to retake and wait another 3 days that would be an awful setback. PSI should let me know what is going on. I've made numerous inquiries. I'd like to start training with my new position and this is setting me back. Please help.

I purchased a practice test for $24.99 + tax. I was only given 25 questions. So I paid $1 per question. I noticed this week the same practice test is $9.99. So I was over charged and 25 questions isn't enough to say that it is a practice test. I'm very upset.

The test had nothing do with the type of work my company executes in the field. We install stainless steel thin wall tubing that is 100% tig welded. Not a single question had anything to do with food and beverages process piping. I can agree with the boiler and steam trap questions but we never work with LP gas.
PSI, in cooperation with the ROC (ARIZONA REGISTRAR OF CONTRACTORS), will be consistently evaluating the examinations being administered to ensure that the examinations accurately measure competency in the required knowledge areas. While taking the examination, examinees will have the opportunity to provide comments on any questions. Comments may be entered by clicking on the Comments link on the function bar of the test question screen. These comments will be analyzed by PSI examination development staff. PSI does not respond to individuals regarding these comments, all substantive comments are reviewed. This is the only review of examination materials available to candidates
Solution was to send me a new access code when accessing the product was not the issue. My issue was that the product was falsely advertised, and then he put me on hold for another 30 mins and never picked up again. Tried calling back per the extension on his email and he never picked up.

I should be able to get a reference as to where and or how to find or get the correct answer when I get it wrong. All your test does is tell me that I got it wrong. This is suppose to be a study guide! You could get practice test for free or nearly free.

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
