Multiple websites, I have to keep calling and rewriting application requests for retakes. Missed questions are not sent to applicants. I would love to have the NH real estate commission review my failed tests.
PSI has been very challenging to use. I initially purchased this package when I registered to take my state and national test. After the first practice test, I was no longer able to access it or take any further test. I most definitely created an account with PSI as well (I have confirmation email) But when I went to sign in, it said I wasn't a user. It's been very frustrating and confusing trying to navigate the website. I am in the process of trying to get refunded the first package I purchased but haven't heard anything yet (I already filled out the refund form). I was informed there has been ongoing issues and that I should purchase directly from PSI Online and should have better access. Fingers crossed this works and I get refunded for the first initial purchase.

It was very quick and efficient placing the order. The actual program provides important information. However, most of the practice exams units contain the same questions with only a few new questions added as one progresses.

I have completed it 3 times out of the 7. The other 4 times it was Psi network issues, always reloading and frozen screens. Somehow, it gets turn into it's my computer and WiFi problem. Somehow never getting reimbursed and having to pay yet again for another test when it wasn't my problem in the first place. Totally unreliable and would never pick this school to go through. Unprofessional, money hungry, scam is the best way I can describe it.

I tried to close out ten times and it continued to say payment didnt go through. I tried four different cards and it didnt work.
Then I saw that the expiration for the card was supposed to be month/year like 12/23 instead of 12/2023. WHY NOT HAVE A REASON WHY THE CARD wont work? Otherwise people are left to guess

This was an extremely disappointing purchase. The description sounded like we would get 30 tests not 30 questions. Each test was the same with maybe one or two alternating from a bank of 30 questions. Misleading advertising and was unhelpful compared to every other app I used.

The content is great, but customer service needs improvement. I purchased the National practice exam along with the purchase of my test date. Once I took the practice exam, it wanted me to repurchase the practice exam which was not accurate. I called 4 times and sent multiple emails to the group box and didn't receive a response to the email until have 5 days which is unacceptable as I needed to have access to exam. I did in fact finally get it resolved after speaking to a nice lady that was going to reimburse my practice test, but this was after my scheduled exam.

PSI makes professional exam prep so easy. They tell you the recommended material, and provide a single stop to purchase them. Also, they provide an unlimited practice exam option which you should absolutely purchase. Great job PSI store.

Ultimately I found an exam study format to help prep for my test. However, locating it was a bit confusing as I was researching the site blind. It was not self explanatory. However the sample test questions were very close to or harder than the actual exam.

So, I took a cosmetology test in Woodbury, MN on March 2nd. The computer system glitched and I have yet to receive my results. This has been a really bad experience and it seems like no one can help me.

They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
