They have questions on the REAL ESTATE exam that litteraly DO NOT have a legal answer. I felt like i was an exerienced mother of 5 taking an exam written by a teenager, about how to be a good mother. They also had SO MANY TYPOS! They had math questions that didn't provide enough information to even solve the problem. There sight doesn't have a home button or a login. It's improfesional, It's not okay, it shouldn't be Legal, They shouldn't be in business.

I had a higher expectations for the exam prep. The training and testing option run through the same 25 questions over and over. To my knowledge the real exam has over 100 questions.

I emailed them about an issue I had with a practice test and they got me the help that I needed and reached out to me soon after.
This is my second time purchasing the test because I didn't get any practice test or conformation code the first time. I called customer service and they said there was nothing they can do about it, I didn't even receive a refund either after they charged my account. I purchased again because I need the test to study.
The website continues to have login issues. Ive had to reset my password several times now to regain access.

Website is easy to use. I do, however, wish you sold practice tests for the Virginia Real Estate Salesperson's exam.

Multiple websites, I have to keep calling and rewriting application requests for retakes. Missed questions are not sent to applicants. I would love to have the NH real estate commission review my failed tests.

PSI has been very challenging to use. I initially purchased this package when I registered to take my state and national test. After the first practice test, I was no longer able to access it or take any further test. I most definitely created an account with PSI as well (I have confirmation email) But when I went to sign in, it said I wasn't a user. It's been very frustrating and confusing trying to navigate the website. I am in the process of trying to get refunded the first package I purchased but haven't heard anything yet (I already filled out the refund form). I was informed there has been ongoing issues and that I should purchase directly from PSI Online and should have better access. Fingers crossed this works and I get refunded for the first initial purchase.

It was very quick and efficient placing the order. The actual program provides important information. However, most of the practice exams units contain the same questions with only a few new questions added as one progresses.

I have completed it 3 times out of the 7. The other 4 times it was Psi network issues, always reloading and frozen screens. Somehow, it gets turn into it's my computer and WiFi problem. Somehow never getting reimbursed and having to pay yet again for another test when it wasn't my problem in the first place. Totally unreliable and would never pick this school to go through. Unprofessional, money hungry, scam is the best way I can describe it.

I tried to close out ten times and it continued to say payment didnt go through. I tried four different cards and it didnt work.
Then I saw that the expiration for the card was supposed to be month/year like 12/23 instead of 12/2023. WHY NOT HAVE A REASON WHY THE CARD wont work? Otherwise people are left to guess
