I was trying to get to my state exam but i could not get it on April 03, when tried to change my password it would not give the code to change it and, they said if i can't get logged in they can't help me? I Have paid 4 time for exam recently but not even able to get to the exam, first they gave me a place of exam in Maui than no help when i said it was not the place since i live in Kailua Kona they7 only go by the closest zip code which in my case is another island, have been an agent and a broker for 25 years in California, never had this much problem taking the exam.you website and proceedures are very difficult and confusing. Now i have an exam on Monday April 10 i hope i can take it (state of Hawaii portion of R E broker exam.

I bought this test yesterday. I took it once and then did not allow me to attempt again. It seems like the account never associated the purchase with me. I have proof to show that I purchased this yesterday. I would like a refund of $52.24 if possible.

After completing my real estate course I received an email for me eligibly to register for the exam. I go to register and PSI tells me they have not received my course information, odd. I call and they confirm they have not received any information from Rockwell. I call Rockwell who confirms I finished the course and they had already sent my information over, cool. I call PSI back who confirms they actually do have my information, and the email for eligibility was a mistake, there is about a 7 day processing period, no biggie. Call back after a week, am told that my case will be escalated since I have not received anything, will be another 1-3 days. Not a big deal. Call back on the end of day three, get told it is actually 3-5 days, not 1-3. Call back at the end of day 5, no response from the escalation team still. Now two weeks into just trying to register for a test that I have already passed the tests and put in the time for. Meanwhile the service agents are constantly giving me a run around and it is apparent they don't care, as we do not have a choice to use anyone but them. Horrible management, and its unfortunate their lack of competitors allows them to consistently treat consumers this way.

PSI has been an absolute nightmare to work with. I show up for the exam on test day and my testing center said PSI had an issue with the exam and was working on getting it fixed... three hours later I was told I need to reschedule because PSI could not solve the issue. I called customer service for PSI twice to reschedule and both times it was like I was speaking to a child who could not understand a simple question. They give you scripted answers and keep repeating the same thing. God forbid you ask to speak to a supervisor so you can talk to someone who knows what they're doing. It took 2,30 minute phone calls of arguing before they actually got the supervisor on the call and I was able to reschedule my exam. Worst experience with PSI ever! I have no idea why any state board would use this company for any kind of test.

So after ordering the practice test. It was not available immediately as advertised. I had to call PSI and then another company to retrieve the activation code. So after taking the state board exam i noticed none one question was on the practice exam at all. I didn't feel prepared with the practice tests at all after taking the final exam but i was aceing all the practice tests.

They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone.
