I couldn't set up a time online and when I called they got it figured out.
I was extremely frustrated during my online proctored exam with PSI. The instructions provided in the email were inadequate, and as someone who is typically tech-savvy, I found it embarrassing to have to contact tech support to log in. Once I started the check-in process, I encountered multiple technical difficulties that the proctor claimed were on my end, despite my ability to see myself on camera and the fact that it was an online program within their system. Between the lengthy check-in process and the technical issues, it took me three hours before I could even begin the exam.
During the check-in process, I was asked to scan the room multiple times from floor to ceiling and remove any items from my desk, which seemed unnecessary and excessive. Additionally, I was asked to cover a bulletin board on the opposite wall of the room, which was impossible to read even with 20/20 vision. I was also instructed to remove paper from my printer also on the opposite side of the room, only to place it on the desk next to it. These instructions seemed unreasonable and did not serve any practical purpose since it was essentially shuffling it from one spot to another in the same vicinity.
Although the tech support team was helpful in resolving some of my issues, I had to contact them several times about things that should have gone smoothly, and some issues never even got resolved they just magically vanished depending on the proctor I logged in with. At one point, they offered to reschedule my test for a charge, but I had already been waiting for two hours and did not want to incur any additional charges especially since I could most likely anticipate this happening again. I cannot imagine how nerve-wracking it would be for someone who is already anxious about taking an exam to have to deal with all these issues.
Overall, I hope that my experience was an isolated incident. The final proctor that helped me seemed more reasonable and efficient. The final proctor was much more professional and got my test started quickly. It would be much better if proctors would focus on monitoring test-takers during the exam rather than nitpicking during the check-in process.

It was very easy to both set up my account and set up my exam schedule. Definitely plan on adding more specialties which means more exams.

Good, the only problem we had was trying to register and pay for the exam. The online platform wouldn't allow us to so we had to call and do it over the phone.

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
