There is only one test and all the same questions cycled over and over. I like how it is set up but i would like if there were different versions of tests.

It has been 4 weeks now still with no solution. The representative I had spoken with refused to put a supervisor on the phone let alone give me a phone # to someone else who can take care of my issue. He simply stated he is not allowed to give out phone #s. I've been transferred to other people within the same department and getting the absolute runaround. This organization is so disorganized and unprofessional. Who would've thought getting a result to your exam in which you paid for would be so complicated.
While taking my exam online at the testing center there were technical difficulties in which the exam was very slow. After finishing the exam, I was unable to obtain the results and was told to contact PSI the next day in regards to this issue. I was told to wait 3-5 business days for this issue to get resolved and I would then be emailed my results. As the 5th business day arrived and I have yet to receive my results, I call PSI again. I was told AGAIN that they would escalate my issue which would then take another 3-5 business days. It's been 3 weeks now and I'm still waiting for my results from my exam which is unacceptable. I seriously hope I never have to use PSI again after this terrible experience.

The worst exam center I have used! Have tried to pass my state adjuster exam 4 times and have studied countless hours and have had the same score everytime! Have both Life and P&C insurance producers licenses and passed both with very high scores. The material is the exact same but the way that they write the test it is impossible to understand the questions. I'm convinced it is a scam.

Put on hold 4 times & no one came to line. Pd for Prac. Exams & couldn't sign in. Trying for two weeks
I wish the PSI exam package I purchased to help me study for the exam had a print feature to better help me study.
After I purchased the national exam study, it didn't have many questions for $50 and then I had an option to purchased the additional study packs for all the other subject titles to completely study for the test for additional $60.
Any other apps that I have purchased have always given all topics pertaining to test for one price of $50.
I do however love the app, just wish it was put together at a better price point and with a print feature.
Seems like a quick resolution to getting prepared to take the state licensing exam.
Do not spend money through this program. All the practice exam will not prepare you for the real test. It's a total scam. Customer service is terrible, all the agents are out of the country. Don't waste your money through PSI. You will learn nothing other then disappointment and frustration.
