I took the Texas Practical Exam on March 30th over zoom. During the test I was asked by the proctor to complete additional steps that I was not part of cosmetology school training or any state board test practices I completed. When I mentioned this, the proctor just repeated her instructions and said that we needed to proceed. Since I was instructed to complete additional non tested steps, I lost time for this section and was not able to sanitize my station before proceeding. As a result I lost points for this section of the cosmetology exam.
I have made several phone calls to ask for help on this matter. I wanted to know if my scores can be reviewed/returned. I finally spoke to Estella in customer care who informed me that yes there was an issue with the scores and offered me a voucher which was never completed, as she transferred me to a survey. When I called back, I was informed by another customer care agent that not only was I not scheduled but that Estella had included notes that I declined the voucher which is a lie because I only wanted my points back. Another lie. I was asking if it is possible.
Since then I have been calling and cannot get through to any agents.
This has been going on since April 2nd and the issue has not been resolved.
I would like to know:
Since the proctor was deemed at fault by your customer care agent, can I get the lost points back?
If not, can I still schedule my next test date with the voucher I was offered?

This is a great system to go thru. Easy to understand
Your customer service is terrible. I've been on 5 phone calls today with no results. I bought a pdf version of the SC real estate prep/practice tests and it wasn't able to download and the file expired. I had to purchase it again. I've been trying to cancel the first order with no success order #*******. Please help

PSI has too many websites that do similar functions. Not clear and easy to make mistakes as a user.

They are the only place you can go to to take a test and it shows. This company is horrible, the person watching you to answer any question took 7 mins to get back to me and the test started 25 minutes late.

Your site does not allow to find the PSI Exam bulletins that outlines an Exam on what open books are allowed in an exam.

On page 3 of the Candidate Information bulletin, it states that Business Management and Law for Residential Builders, Residential Builder, Residential HVAC, Residential Electrical, and Residential Plumber examinations are OPEN book. Candidates may bring reference books listed in this bulletin. Reference books may be highlighted, underlined, and/or indexed. They must be otherwise unmarked (not written in) and may not contain additional papers (loose or attached).

They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone.
