I purchased the practice exam and was not able to access practice exam
The online experience is so awful! It took so long to get the tech bugs figured out to take the test, it was too late to take the test even though I signed on more than 35 minutes ahead of the exam as advised. Worse, I had to pay for the exam a SECOND time because there was no follow-up from the 1st exam issues! For the 2nd exam, this time I logged in about 2 hours early to be sure the problems were resolved... it took more than 1 1/2 hours. The tech people were nice but the PSI process was stressful, especially right before taking the exam. I passed my test but the stress was terrible. Worst still, I am having to fight to get a refund for the first botched exam. Still waiting... no one followed up, and I have had to repeatedly call back... find a better, less stressful option where you can focus on passing your exam.

Rhonda Edgerly was so helpful. She helped me step by step get a refund and the correct test to help me pass my test.
Illinois Leasing Agent exam is why i was sent here. Its definitely giving greed.and money is the end all. I have paid for 3 tests.only to have been able to complete 1. Due to unknown information that should have been given upon paying or schuduling. Please use your own computer [not work related] so you can download a secure browser. God forbid you have technical issues within the 30 mins they allow you to get through set up...you may as well reschedule as soon as you see issues. They wont help in a timely matter. They dont respond to emails either. If you do speak to a customer service rep...they escalate and tell you they will email you. Thats it. No other guidance or concern. Terrible

It has been good except I signed up for wrong test and found out too late and lost 33.
I never received any access information for this test - ordered and paid for yesterday. PSI Customer service was a complete waste of time and only assistance of any help whatsoever was their canceling yesterday's order and then me having to do this all over again.

PSI exam center provided a terrible experience. The staff were disorganized and unhelpful. The examiner for my practical exam was discriminatory and did not even watch me during the test. She failed me first time. So, I had to travel 7 hours to another location for a retest and still have not received my result after 18 days! Customer service is terrible and unresponsive. I have been calling them since April 24th and nobody resolved my issue, they even doesn't care about you. It is been almost 10 times that I got wrong exam result, today after 18 days of not receiving my result, one of representatives told me we will send you today, again after stressing that I want the result of exam taken on April 22nd, they send the result of exam on April 20th!very frustrating and disappointing experience! I have filed complaint from three organization, I hope they help me get my score and be licensed! The acceptance in Harvard Medical school is far easier than getting licensed thorough PSI Center!

They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
