I had to pay for the test twice due to it not showing up on my PSI account. I reached out to PSI to let them know all my information was gone off my account. They confirmed my testing date but that doesnt help with my test I already paid for not being on there.

Already have account and got pdf book. Tried to order book and trying to log in it lets me but does nothing. Never says wrong password or anything just rolls around to sign in again and again.

Well I had to order this test as the one I previously ordered would not load.
The first order I did, did not download unto my computer, and I haven't been able to get my refund. I still need the book, so I'm trying to download it another way on another computer.

Menus are not user-friendly, navigating the website and knowing which practice test is best for you should be simple after you have already scheduled a test? If you know the test i'm taking why are there 12 different practice tests to pick from that all seem different?

Yup! I'm gonna agree with everyone else. They really, really, really stink! Instructions to log into the test are only half there. Then a two hour wait after finally in.late. Called in with 15 min to spare and two agents poked for ten of them and then said "oh, you need technical support". I had to repeat everything at least 3 times each call. Not good on a stressful day. One of the six people I spoke with one deserved a job. To be fair the proctor was good, and once in the test taking was pretty easy but by the time I got to the test I was so annoyed and tense it was ridiculous. Pick a different way to test!

More info about what the practice test entails would be nice (i.e. How many attempts are allowed, number of questions, if assistance is provided in reviewing incorrect answers, etc.)
I bought the cosmetology practice test in English. It helped calm my nerves and give me the confidence to take the test. I was able to finish my exam in 35 minutes and pass. I was in shock at how well it prepared me.
Would like more description between 500 item and 1000 item packages

I had to cx my exam due to no electricity/bad weather. (home proctor exam)
Very unprofessional staff, very rude unnecessarily.
Called multiple times to have my exam reschedule and every single time they gave me the run around that its being looked in to, for me to call back in a few more days and call back again and again and no one knows anything. Was told that my tiquet is being escalated for review, it never did get reviewed. Very dissappointed with call center phone attiquete. Very unprofessional and they do not take care of their customers.
I feel this buissness rippped me off despite of me emailing them electric provider letter stating i had no electricity and still did not get approved or reviewed of my information
Disappointed that NBRC uses this center to provide testing.

Each of your unlimited practice test attempt includes 85 randomly-selected questions from a pool of 534 items based on actual test objectives and common industry topics. Training Mode allows access to question help and rationale while Testing Mode adds a timer and no hints, just like the real test.
To have the randomized experience from the full pool of questions you have to click Tests > New Tests.

Neither of the customer service people I spoke with were able to speak very good english. The first one got my email address wrong causing me to not be able to get the email needed for my licensing exam and the second one kept rushing me through the call when I was trying to explain what had happened and what I needed.

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
