I'm not sure it was your site problem as much as the information I was expected to follow from the TN real estate commission. It might be my fault on my end so I only did mid rating because it was not easy for me to follow. Others that are younger might have blown through the process.

I had an exam scheduled for 11 am. I logged on at 10:30 am and immediately had issues. After the system rejected my Mac book multiple times, I was forced to use my sister's hp. It still did not work and I ended up missing my entire exam. I dealt with this from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm. Highly recommend not using this system. Go in person instead.

July 5, 2023

I was scheduled for an online exam today at 12:30pm. I logged on at 12:10pm. It's now 2:01pm. The first proctor was rather rude and told me I couldn't wear a headband, unless i had a religious reason. I didn't. And after I took it off, they told me they had to see my license again. I clearly became a different person after I removed my headband since I'm a person of color. My hair was under my headband, and once it was free, they couldn't identify me. After a few failed attempts of blaming my brand new laptop of being blurry, they ended my session and informed me I had to call tech support. I didn't. I rebooted the session, and once again the proctor said my camera was blurry and my name and address weren't large enough to see on my license. They suggested I grab a passport to identify myself. Sorry, I don't just have a passport lying around here. After 30 seconds with no alternative offer, this proctor also ended my session. So I called tech support--also unhelpful. Not only did Kris refuse to get a manager for me, she told me I HAD to wait 3 to 5 BUSINESS days for them to investigate the technical issue. And then they would offer other options. Or I could log back on tomorrow, pay them another $41, because I didn't cancel within 2 days of my scheduled exam, and schedule a new in-person exam. I guess I'll see if I can actually do that. I highly recommend ANY other proctoring service if you have the option. I called my local DIFS to see what my options are.

The multiple redirects to multiple platforms that provide access to test prep materials is frustrating. Streamline and remove old websites and obsolete tests/platforms. I can get to two entirely different test prep and orders for two entirely different practice exam platforms and experiences.

Only about 25 Questions
July 3, 2023

This practice test has one option of 25 questions. After taking the test 6 times, it only had 2-3 questions that would change. So, maybe there is a total of 28 questions. The state exam itself has 100 questions. So, for almost $30, this was not worth it.

There is a disjunct relationship between PSI testing and the schooling that is allowed to count towards real estate practice. I have gone through real estate school twice and the langues and material i am taught on these platforms where not at all compliant with the knowledge that is tested on the exam. This isn't so much PSIs fault. But an infastructural error that should be corrected.

Listen the $29.99 real estate test help the PSI website is a rip off. It does not help you with solving any of the problem or questions that they ask. No explanations on how to solve or learn from the problems that you got one wrong! And they know this! Once you buy it you will not be able to get a refund so you move to the higher price learning help, which is $49.99. Then they say that the answers and questions are similar they are not! You're better off using the prep agents videos and help! Yes the $49 help give you explanations but the questions and answers are completely different from those on the test. Save your money!

I purchased the Premium Real Estate Salesperson Practice Test. Was able to practice once with 100 questions after that I could not go back in to practice further or review my test result.

Took a proctored exam where they continually paused my test during the testing process, then when I went to take notes (as I am allowed to do) they sent me a warning and threatened to kick me off the testing process and eliminate me. I NEVER LEFT THE VIEW OF THE CAMERA. I filed a complaint as I didn't break any of the rules. They refused to investigate it probably just to charge me another $200

I purchased 500 practice exam with my actual exam. It only gave 1 time access which was never disclosed. Still waiting on refund approval? Now, purchasing on psionline store. Highly dissatisfied with this whole experience. Waited to speak with a rep for over 40 minutes.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Called twice, foreign rep barely speaks english, doesn't listen or understand simple questions and only wants to take personal information for general questions. Speaks of company desperation to sell personal info.

Horrible

Horrible. It was a nightmare trying to purchase the practice tests, had to be refunded the first time because the portal didn't work and then customer service was a joke since everyone could barely speak broken English.
