This is my third time purchasing the practice test exam. I had to call customer service 10 different times between yesterday and today. Each time I purchase the test questions I can't access them but the first time yet it states that you have a 12 month access. Customer service is beyond each agent has a different story and different excuses. Nobody seems to know how to resolve anything. Terrible. I would never recommend this to anyone going forward. Terrible experience and I'm waiting on two refunds which I didn't receive yet. I'm also contacting my credit card company because I can't speak to anyone at PSI. They keep transferring but each person says they have no idea what to do.

I bought 3 different test study options due to the fact that I thought I was getting unlimited tries to do a practice test. Instead I bought a Study prep for $25.00 and it was a one and done test take. The other one I bought was a study pack that didn't have everything unlocked which I paid another $30,00 and then NOW I am paying for the CA life and Accident and health practice test which is the correct one for another additional $31.40 as this is the one I needed from the beginning. Too many options to choose from and not very well described. Very frustrating and a waste of money.

To have the randomized experience from the full pool of questions you have to click Tests > New Tests.

Your Practice Test scheme is a bait and switch with some obvious false advertisement added in. Your practice test page on the scheduling portion of your site indicates it will have Unlimited access and attempts. This isn't true despite all descriptions on the page indicating it. This is bait to buy the actually useful product hidden away for 4x the price. This borders on criminal.

They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
