This company is horrible, I'm not understanding why the real estate board uses them for testing. I went to take the exam online and the proctor would not allow me to take the exam because they claim my military id isn't an acceptable form of identification, when I got my name change in the system psi informed me that I would have to retake to exam and pay a cost even though I was told I would either get a refund back or they will apply it to my retake. They sent me an email stating my military id would be accepted but the day of the test I was turned away by proctor.
This has been horrible trying to cintact people ti fix things, I have had to pay for 3 practice tests. Two which I was kicked our of and was unable to retake unless I paid. The test itself is made more difficult so you fail and have to retake the exam.

After not explaining you have to have the certificate printed out to show to the camera, once approved to use your cell phone, they become rude and tell you one by one things to remove from you desk (a cup can't even be in sight) causing you to almost miss your check in time (took 29 of the 30 minutes given to check in) leaving you 1 minute full of anxiety scared to even move our they will end the test without warning. If possible, use a different testing site. Very unacceptable behaviors on their end. Also, this was the second time i had to test since they rejected my first check in causing me to pay additional testing fee and reschedule with no response from costumer service that claimed i would be reinstated without penalty due to how rude the proctor was the first time i attempted to test.

The test that I was looking to take was for Tennessee, they only have TN testing centers but their out of state testing link doesn't work and they have repeatedly told me that they wont tell me where an out of state center is unless i pay them first.
One person actually looked and saw NO out of state testing options but when tried to check an email to possibly look into other options disconnected me.
An hour and a half and the closest center might be 11 hours one way.
Also the testing resources that the test will be based off of are also all broken links.

Got scheduled for an exam for a position opening with usps, drove an hour to my testing site only to be told systems were down and there was nothing they could do to help other than taking down my information and saying they would be in touch. Went down multiple imaginary rabbit holes trying to find someone who had a clue about how to get the exam reschedule. After calling multiple dead phone lines and emailing numerous accounts claiming to all be linked to psi headquarters still heard nothing. Finally got ahold of an actual psi representative only to be told id have to wait another 3 business days to get help. That was the last time i got any communication or response. Never received any help or guidance on what to do. Simply put this is the most un-organized, worthless, waste of your time company out there.

Hard to find tests by industry and state - needs to be better organized with drop down menus. I was having to search by state and scrolling through multiple screens to find the test I need to take.

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
