It has taken me over 2 weeks to schedule an exam. They don't seem to have my information. For the exam I have to take they need the states approval, and the state has sent them the information multiple times. Each time I call, they seem to be less helpful than the time before. I would absolutely 100% NOT recommend using PSI.

Very hard to access! I purchased real estate broker exam and after the purchase went through, there is no instruction on how to access the product I purchased! Absolutely bad experience! Also the customer support just tell me to hold and transfer me to so many different department to solve a simple problem! Absolutely non sense and lack efficiency. This is my second attempt at purchasing this practice test. If the link doesn't work through the exam order site, there should be a referral link to the store. Also had to go through 3 phone calls and five different agents to get my question answered. Each time I had to provide the same confirmation details. This company is horrible, I'm not understanding why the real estate board uses them for testing. I went to take the exam online and the proctor would not allow me to take the exam because they claim my military id isn't an acceptable form of identification, when I got my name change in the system psi informed me that I would have to retake to exam and pay a cost even though I was told I would either get a refund back or they will apply it to my retake. They sent me an email stating my military id would be accepted but the day of the test I was turned away by proctor.
