I purchased a practice test for $15, under the program info it says PSI practice tests have unlimited access for 12 months. Upon completion of my practice test, I was no longer allowed to re-load it and it ended up being a one-time test which was not specified anywhere except later on in your FAQ's instead of under program info. It didn't help that it took half a day to find the test to begin with, I got an email with a receipt for the $15 test and my real exam confirmation. I couldn't find a specific email showing where my practice material was located, but after a few hours, I was able to find it on my own. I emailed for assistance but unfortunately received a reply 2 days later after I had already taken my exam.

I had issues logging in for my testing yesterday and lost my $100 bucks because of it, still have heard nothing back after emailing about it. In 2023 these things do not need to be happening. The UX/UI of the website is like something you would expect in 2010 made by a high schooler.

BEWARE!

The communication and preparation to take a test doe NOT exist! PSI doesn't send you any confirmation or link to login to take a test. Also, there is NONE explanation what type of the computer you can use - we had to call them multiply times to get any information about it. Very poor communication and no manager or supervisor to even talk to. It should be reported to the state and commissioner as it is not professionally working company. Very disappointed

The search feature for getting to the SC exam scheduling was indirect and required going to the questions for resolution. Then I get mostly an attempt to sell me more stuff. It is just not reasonable and leaves a rather unsavory impression for a professional, state-required process.

Enethical procters are sitting at PSI, they want your money and don't allow you to complete you exam, if they have any personal work they will end the session and make you failed.
Its always better take prometric center based exam.
