Operator could hardly understand English and consequently could or would not understand what was asked. Result was that the operator read irrelevant information over the phone and after 10 minutes of nonsense the operator asked if I was asking about PSI courses and that the Broker Practice simulation exam I was asking to purchase was not available for the Broker license when I was viewing it on -line.
