Site is not easy to navigate. Search needs better results
Success was achieved in cooperation with the expert. Expertly complete information was provided on several problematic questions, the answer is witty, aimed at reliable sources and rules. From the first time, the approach was professional and not protracted.
This is not the first issue I have had with this testing service. My exam was scheduled for 11 am and I arrived early for it. After going through the check in process with the proctor I was unable to start my exam. They told me to reload the page and it made me restart my check in process. After the third time, a proctor got support in the chat. Support made me download a software where they can access my computer to fix the issue. I allowed them to do this and they said all was fixed. I signed back in and the same issue was happening. I called their technical support number and explained what was going on. By this point, my computer battery was dying while plugged in. 75 minutes later while talking to support, I was in the same spot. Eventually, I said I would like to reschedule the exam and could not even do that. They told me I need to wait 24-48 hours to call back and reschedule. The rescheduling needs to be approved and they want me to pay for it. I was missing work to take this exam and could not, so I will have to miss more time for work. Their technical support could not fix this issue and I hope it does not happen in the future.

The day of test, everything was fine. But the practice exam and online experience was terrible. The first practice exam failed to load for 3 days in a row, and when I sent screenshots to customer service, they never issued a refund or credit. Also, they don't tell you that the practice exam closes within a certain time limit of the test. I saved time to study and finish my practice exam now, but it won't open. This is the second one I purchased, because I failed the first exam (thanks to not having a practice exam the first go round), and here I am going into exam #2 tomorrow with no practice exam. My test is in 12 hours. I could be running questions right now! The problem is that no matter how many times I reach out to customer service, there is no service. No refund...no opening my test back up, or explaining their policy of closing out the exam before (X) hours before the real test. I'm very frustrated with PSI... the whole thing is a scam that you have to put up with if you want the credentials.

This is the most un-friendly to the customer website that I have experienced in the last few years. It is clear it was written by IT folks and not reviewed by customers. It is absolutely awful. Difficult to navigate, unclear, and a pain. When a customer types in the State, and the test the website should take him or her to the correct webpage. Instead the website takes the "customer" to a list of irrelevant items.

First person could not help me (bad connect and hard to understand) and transferred me to someone else to assist me. Still on hold over 15 minutes with a bad connection. Practice tests didn't explain the answers, PSI lost my tests scores, no management, poor communication. Literally the worst.
My PSI account advised me to get a practice test $19.00 something cents. I finished that one, and then under my account it had "more products"...the only options were the same 134 question test. I assumed it would be a set of different questions since I was paying an additional 20 dollars and it was being offered again. It was the same set of questions. So I had to make a whole other account for the PSI store in order to see the other practice test options. Not a very clear set up...id like to get my $20 dollars back from my second purchase.

Not so good! When I called the customer service center and the lady I spoke with couldn't answer any of my questions about where I can take my SC Real Estate Salesperson exam. But she was very friendly although I couldn't understand her when she was speaking to me since her accent was so thick.

They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
