System issues (twice) with the online and had to spend over an hour each time and then the staff in the testing location (both times) were late and took forever to get us checked in and able to test...over an hour of waiting around both times.

I went to the exam center to take my test and they told me I had to reschedule with PSI because something wasn't working with the computers. PSI NEVER REFUNDS me. I have called several times. $225 dollars for an exam isn't cheap. I will not be paying them again to take another exam I would never recommend their services.

The online purchase was fine. However, when I had to call customer service to sign up for the test it was a NIGHTMARE. I spoke to 5 different reps over a 3 day period. Each time on the phone for 1 hour or more. It took 45 minutes for them to even find my account using my social security, birthdate, address, etc. Then they told me my email address was wrong and NOBODY could fix it. Which turned out to be a lie. In the end, finally after a week of trying, I got a rep to fix it in your system. It seemed every rep I talked to didn't really understand English or what I was asking or saying.

I took a practice exam and can't even review the results of it. The exam is a one attempt, however, does not say anything about not being able to even review your results. I don't understand how the site can charge me $20 for an exam, tell me I will receive the results in 24 hours, and then refuse to give me my results until after my actual exam. Customer service said it wasn't their problem and that it would be escalated and I'd hear back in 48 hours. Too bad my exam is in less than 24 so they took my money and provided no help.
